“Saw the company on Instagram and I thought I'd try out a couple of blankets to see the quality etc... They arrived beautifully packaged, the colour mixes are lovely and the quality is great! I immediately bought 3 more to put away for gifts. I got mine in the sale, so they were even better value, but the prices are great for the good quality you get, even at full price. I also like the recycled element... although I will be also be looking for the ones more locally produced for my next purchase.”

“I fell in love with their lovely product the moment I unboxed it. The quality is top-notch, and it adds such a fashion vibe to my place. Oh, and I have to mention how beautifully they wrapped the product! It was like getting a special gift just for me!! The attention to detail in their packaging and the beautiful embroidery made the whole experience feel extra thoughtful and personal.”

“BE CAREFUL If you’re located in the US or Canada, you might have disproportionate fees to pay! We bought 3 baby blankets and it finally cost us 473$. Everything went fine until the Ups guy needed us to pay 118$ for the extra shipping fees. It honestly doesn’t worth the buy, plus the company did not show any solutions to help us out (except a discount for our next purchase…that we’ll never do) We ask for a refund to cover half of the fees we paid, which other companies did when we had to deal with the same problem. At the ended, they still said no…”

Hi Sophie, Thank you for leaving us a review, we value all feedback from our customers! The extra charge upon delivery of your order was Canadian import duties and taxes. The Canadian government sets and charges these, so they are unfortunately out of our control, and we understand that they can feel quite expensive. Our checkout page highlights that duties and fees will be payable upon delivery to Canada, and our full delivery T&Cs are on our website. As a small business we are currently unable to cover the cost of duties and taxes for all of our international customers. “Unbelievable service and product. Ordered MacDonald blanket for my mother (a Donald) in US and it arrived personalized in 4 days!! She says the quality is excellent and blanket is so beautiful. It’s something useful yet personal .I am so so so happy with TBC-thank you so much. Cannot express how happy I am that it arrived December 22-2 days before her birthday and even happier the quality is excellent. She loves it!!”

“Ordered the Mackenzie Weathered Tartan Lambswool scarf for my husband. I was happy to finally find a long enough scarf but was disappointed with how flimsy and thin it felt. Not at all cozy. I can't return it I assume because it was ordered with embroidery.”

“I have recently placed a Christmas order - sturdy box ( but not bulky),with shredded paper packaging around some “treats”, but the star off the show was the scarf! It. Was as light as a feather, so soft, and the colours were exactly as those on your website. The scarf is a gift, which I’m very pleased to give and I know that it will be very well received.Lovely to be able to buy from a UK company which I would definitely recommend.”

“Just received my recycled wool blanket and am so happy with it. It has a good weight to it and is so much softer than I expected. Love it already! Have to say the quality of the product for the price is exceptional. Ordering from Tartan Blanket Company's website is easy and delivery was quick, ordered Fri afternoon and got it on Monday morning. I'm a happy customer and would recommend TBC without hesitation.”

“I've ordered a few blankets from The Tartan Blanket Company, and I've always been extremely pleased with the quality and service. My most recent order was for my Dad's birthday, using the gift box service which made everything so easy; my Dad was so pleased with his present, a knee blanket, the additional items you could add if you wish were just the extra nice treat. I also ordered what must be my 4th blanket now. Sadly I needed to return but only because the colour didn't quite match my new sofa, but the returns process was super easy, and I will be ordering a replacement later this week. Thank you so much, Tartan Blanket Team. Lovely product and always fantastic customer service.”

“I love how personalised you can make the boxes and how spoilt for choice you are with what to include. My Granny received it for her 90th birthday and she absolutely loved it! She was so thrilled with all her gifts inside and said she found a new one every time she rummaged round - she’s even keeping the box because she said it was too lovely to get rid of! “I was looking for a particular blanket that was currently sold out on the website and the wonderful Keziah helped me by taking the in stock blanket from the brick and mortar store and sending it out to me! I cannot thank them enough for their help they truly went above and beyond to get me my perfect blanket! As for the blanket itself it is the pear blossom in lambswool and from the photo you can see there is one happy cat enjoying the softness of it! I have now also purchased a scarf and a pet blanket from TBC and cannot wait to receive them! You will not be disappointed 💖”

“This scarf is a beloved member of my family. Received as a gift from my husband a few years ago I use this scarf daily during the winter. Once around your shoulders this scarf delivers the most amazing warmth. It feels like a hug from an old friend. I call her sassenach after a favorite book.
