“We ordered recycled wool blankets for both of our parents for gifts. We live in Canada and our order came super speedy. The blankets themselves look and feel great, they are beautifully made and have a nice weight to them. Would buy again!”

“To tell the truth I was disappointed, I know I got a discount but I didn’t know there was a defect . I was happy with the colors,the pattern the delivery and embroidery all perfect, but I found out immediately, close to the embroidery that we can see the thread ; fortunately it was not a moth. at this price I thought it could have been perfect. I know that with natural materials like leather there are imperfections but...”

“I was so pleased to find this company as I wanted a personalised picnic blanket for my son’s girlfriend’s 30th birthday. The blanket looked perfect and I could buy a matching leather carrier separately. I ordered both and paid for the extra for personalisation. I admit to being a bit cross the nest day when I got sent a 20% off voucher but these things often happen. The blanket arrived roughly a week later, beautifully packaged in tissue paper and a seal so I didn’t want to open it. Unfortunately the carrier was missing. I called the company and was told this would be sent out separately, I should receive it within a week. I also asked for confirmation that the blanket has definitely been embroidered and was told, ‘It should be. Yes it should be but so should the carrier have been sent. On the plus side, the blanket feels beautiful and from what I can see, looks lovely. I hope this gets resolved and I feel able to make further purchases as it could be a lovely, special present. I will also give more stars if this is resolved quickly and satisfactorily.”

“Fab service and I loved making up the gift box with all of the different options on the website. Actual box when it arrived wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be e.g tissue paper wasn’t folded properly and a bit scrunched up etc but the items inside are beautiful. Would definitely use again.”

“The blankets are beautiful and excellent quality. It was a shame they were packaged together as both were gifts and the boxed presentation of one or the blankets was a special touch I’d like to have given to both. I hope the recipients like them as much I do!”

“Fabulous, friendly and helpful customer service from Fergus. I ordered 2 blankets and a knee blanket- thrilled with the quality and embroidery. Parcels were beautifully wrapped and arrived earlier than excepted. Highly recommend the company and the blankets- I will definitely be buying more.”

“Good Morning, I like the web site , I like the primary product , ie the blankets etc and the ladies on CS are very helpful. Missing item from my order resulted in me mailing and calling Edinburgh a few times, mails send to me in response to this never received for some reason, yet receiving all your maketing mails no problem. Parcel replacing my missing item and the damaged gift box are on the way to me today I think according to the tracker. So overall pretty good if you sort your QA of the delivery and the comms channel issues would be perfect. I have already sent photos so not included these again. But as I say no outstanding issues unless for any reason my missing item does not turn up ! Thanks and Rgds Iain”

“OBSESSED with my scarf! Its going to keep me so warm when I get married in July (its Scotland after all!) they helped me with the date before getting it embroidered and made sure I had got it correct before going ahead (which was a good thing as I initially got it wrong!). Best customer service ever! Thank you so so much, will definitely buy again from your lovely business 💕 x”
