“My order was not embroidered as asked and when I tried to return the items, it is not allowing me to do so because your system thinks that the items have been personlised. I have sent four emails and one whatsapp and I have not received an answer yet. I have been a client for years. You used to be a pleasure to deal with. Not anymore.”

“Brilliant cotton pyjamas. I love the thick cotton in thus pair. Pattern is so original and uplifting. The scarf wool is also so good. Colours and textures are so worthy in these two products. Delivered so fast. PJs medium are very generous for a person like me between size 10 & 12.”

“I sent an email during the Black Friday sale asking if 35% off was the most they would be offering (25% off, plus an additional 10% with the code EXTRA10), and was told by an associate that information was correct. I ordered a cashmere blanket based off the response I received. On November 29th, I got an email with a "secret" code (WEEKEND) offering an additional 15% discount. I am disappointed that I was not given accurate information because I would have waited until November 29th to order my blanket and save additional money. I sent another email last Friday inquiring about a refund for the 5% and have yet to hear back from anyone. I will not be ordering from TB&Co again.”

“Overall 3*** bc Products beautiful. Delivery timely. 5***** 'importation supplemental fee'. 1* I expected to pay VAT but the fee was 2.5x as much. Sorry, but I will rely on horrible, unethical Amzn.co.uk where I don't have a surprise import fee.”

“I'm truly delighted with my pyjama purchase. I ummed and ahhed about it for a few weeks then took the plunge and thank god because I'm never out of them now. The cut, fabric and colour combinations are excellent and most importantly the PJs are both comfortable and breathable meaning they feel fab to lounge and sleep in. Already bought another pair as a gift for a friend. Oh and the free scrunchie is perfect too. Thank you 💜🤎”

“Bought a throw from here some ago, good quality but not what I was looking for returned it and had to wait weeks for a refund, contacted customer service they asked for proof or postage. Send everything no response. Finally, they got back to me with the refund. Quite helpful.”
