“The wool wash (costal) is amazing! It has brought back the blankets (which were in desperate need of a wash) back to life and so soft. The smell is simply wonderful (10 caps were used because of heavy soiling and in a hard water area) and it has left a long lingering scent.”

“Very pleased with the service. Good quality product. Only issue is the colours on the website are not very true and description slightly misleading. Perhaps a small sample would help. We had to return ours for an exchange, the return process could be simpler. Otherwise very pleased”

“What a perfectly beautiful knee blanket for my elderly Dad. I love all the attention to detail: the stylish packaging, tissue wrapping, handwritten card, little shortbread. Only a pack of smoked salmon or a small bottle of whisky could have improved it for him!”

“Very happy with the product & the service.Made a mistake with my date but was sorted no problem.Thanks for that. The only thing I would suggest is that you rethink the colouring of the stitching on the blankets.I can only see the last two letters and the last three numbers because the colour of the stitching matches the colour of the tartan.Waste of £10 but still worth it I think.”

On the embroidery, we will take your feedback into account and we will discuss it with our team. We use that colour thread as it compliments all colours/designs of blankets and whilst we want it to compliment rather than contrast, we really appreciate your opinion. Did you know you could request a different thread colour for your blankets/scarves? Maybe this is a good information for your next order ;) Warm Regards

“I sent my nephew a tartan baby blanket on the birth of his son. This was In honour of my mother who was Scottish. They were thrilled with the present which arrived beautifully presented and very quickly. Thank you.”

“Finding something special, beautiful and long lasting, a treasured gift which as it happens is also sustainable and cosy, is no mean feat! That is exactly what The Tartan Blanket Co offers. The presentation and extra touches like the cards and shortbread ooze class. I could not be happier and those who received even more so! Birthdays, congrats, new baby, new home, get better soon, and Christmas, I have sent for all these occasions and also just because.....!
