“My sister-in-law received a lambswool blanket from The Tartan Blanket Co. and she absolutely loved it. So, I decided to buy one for my younger brother who has just graduated from University in Aberdeen. When it arrived, I couldn't have been more impressed. The packaging is just the tip of the iceberg... what an amazing”

“Received the beautiful blanket I ordered for my niece's first baby girl due soon. I'm sure she and my future great niece will love it as much as I do. Beautifully made super soft excellent quality and well packaged. Would certainly buy from here again. Only problem....... deciding which one to choose next :) Thank you x”

“Spent ages looking for just the right blanket and was so happy that the one we found was an independent business and made here in Edinburgh. The quality is excellent and has a really lovely weight and feel. Unfortunately the dog has decided it’s her favourite thing too so may need to buy another...”

“I ordered a scarf and a recycled wool blanket and I wear a scarf every single day since it arrived. I haven't had a chance to properly use a blanket yet. It has the most annoying sort of chemical smell. I left it on the balcony for a week to air, but it did not help. I washed it and hoped that will kill the smell, but it is still quite strong. I used it one evening while watching a movie and the smell gave me a headache. I put it back on the balcony to air some more and I hope I can eventually start using it. Apart from that, they are both so beautifully made and I recommended it to a friend (warned her about the smell!) and she bought one too.”

Our blankets aren't treated so the natural lanolin within the wool is what you can smell. This does disappear with airing and it's perfectly natural. “Received my beautiful stole today very warm but will need to wait till after summer to wear, when in Scotland couldn’t find the same quality in the shops l tried quick delivery to Australia great price and really reasonable postage cost. Thank you so much”

“My latest purchase was a recycled wool blanket in navy. I now have 3 recycled wool blankets and use them to provide a nice comfy place on the couch for my dogs! They are very reasonably priced, and are even washable. Love them, and service is excellent too.”
