“I am absolutely delighted to recommend the tartan blanket company for their superior goods and fantastic customer service. I accidentally completed by order indicating I would collect I store and as I live in another country they quickly emailed me to check. When I asked to have it posted to me this was completed with no additional charge and when my order arrived I was delighted with my purchase. Congratulations on the speedy and effective way you dealt with my order. I would order from you again. Well done !”

“It arrived quite promptly. I have paid extra for gift box and a card, but it came in a tube and I suppose the card is inside the tube. As it is a gift for someone, I am not going to open it. I think it would be good if the card is wrapped round the tube on the outside, we meant to hand write some messages as well. But if we open it, we will destroy the presentation. And we wouldn't know if that is the right colour or indeed right product we bought in side. But we will take a gamble.”

“Beautiful soft blanket received very quickly. The customer service is exceptional. I accidentally said I’d collect in store without realising. They contacted me stating they had noticed this and that I lived very far away. They changed the order to delivery and I received it in 2 days. I don’t know of any company who would notice that error, let alone follow it up and change it.”
