“We are so pleased with our initialled tartan blanket which we purchased for a gift. When the blanket was delivered the box was squashed so emailed customer services and a new one arrived the next day. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you Sarah. Would definitely buy again and would highly recommend.”

“I paid extra for postage to ensure the parcel arrived on time for the recipients birthday. Because I also paid extra for it to be personally initialled, the parcel didnt arrive in time. The Company did respond promptly but I had paid extra for the postage to arrive on a certain date and it wasnt made clear that this wasnt possible if the embroidery was being done. Just needed it to be clearer when ordering. The products did arrive eventually and the recipient was delighted with them.”

“After a slight delay in sending due to a product I ordered not being available, TBC helped make it all arrive on time by getting it shipped faster. This effort and cost was very much appreciated. I couldn’t fault their friendly customer service staff who replied promptly.”

“I was delighted with the service I received. Sarah? was helpful and answered my questions knowledgeably. The packaging, dispatch and delivery couldn’t have been bettered. As my purchase was for a present I only had a quick look but the colour was true to your advert and the blanket felt good.”

“I absolutely loved everything about my experience with The Tartan Blanket Co, from the customer service to the product! I received quick and helpful support from your team when I had questions. The delivery price from Scotland to Canada was beyond amazing and the blankets, books and shortbread I received were absolutely brilliant! Such high quality wool that will be well loved for many years to come! The only thing that I wasn’t overly happy with was the material used to pack/protect the products in the box...it stuck to the fibers of the blankets and was time consuming to get out. Overall, you have a customer for life!”

“This was an outstanding on-line ordering experience! I found a beautiful scarf -- exactly what I was looking for -- and when it arrived it was just as beautiful as it looked in the catalog. It's gorgeous wool and lovely colors. (Colours.) Delivery was a day earlier than predicted, and the customer support and service via e-mail was friendly and polite and helpful. I will be back.
