“Sent a gift box to my mum and she really liked it. The blanket is beautiful and cozy and was packed with lots of love. It’s the ideal gift for when you want to send someone some love and coziness through the mail.”

Hey Sophie, Really sorry to hear that. I know it's frustrating when you're waiting for something that is taking longer than expected. I can confirm your order was shipped last Wednesday and free delivery is normally 2-3 working days. Friday/Monday were Easter Bank holidays so today is the third working day since dispatch. Unfortunately due to the global pandemic we're seeing some items taking a little bit longer than normal as postal services have increased demand and reduced workforces. Whilst we're working hard to stay open and get everyone's orders out on time, things are a little bit slower than they normally would be. We also offer next day delivery for more urgent items and would've upgraded your order for free had we known before we shipped it. Fingers crossed it turns up soon and please let me know if we can do anything to help. Fergus

“My tartan blanket is beautiful and the quality is everything I had hoped for. Sadly, the delivery of my blanket by Royal mail was disgusting. Incorrectly delivered elsewhere then retrieved but sadly, the parcel had been fully opened so the beautiful presentation was totally ruined.”

“I've bought two blankets from The Tartan Blanket company. They're both beautiful, great quality and so reasonably priced. One is recycled wool and the other is a lambs wool baby blanket. They come beautifully packaged and mine arrived in the mail very quickly. I would highly recommend them!”

“Love it! Arrived quickly even in these strange times, packed and sent out the same day, full tracking of parcel door to door. Excellent quality of scarf and keeps me snug on these chilling spring days, I think it is a slightly darker shade than in the photo nonetheless I love it!”
