“My request for Live Chat was answered very quickly and Marco was excellent in keeping me up to date with what was happening. His understanding of the problem was first rate and he was considerate of my lack of knowledge. He has provided a full clarification of what I need to do and will send me a copy of the actions required.”

“Marco in live chat was extremely polite & helpful. However, I've had 2 issues already with this company & not been with them for long. Although the issues have been resolved I'm still awaiting a call to discuss how we can build a more positive approach to the previous issues & help rebuild my confidence with the company. I will rate once I've had my phone call.”
