Marco in live chat was extremely polite & helpful.
However, I've had 2 issues already with this company & not been with them for long. Although the issues have been resolved I'm still awaiting a call to discuss how we can build a more positive approach to the previous issues & help rebuild my confidence with the company.
I will rate once I've had my phone call.
