“cannot recommend Suntransfers highly enough. We've used them a few times now and they've always been very professional, and totally reliable, which is vital when you're entrusting them with getting you to the airport to catch a flight (we always opt in to receiving the pre flight text). The drivers are polite and punctual and the vehicles are comfortable and spotlessly clean. With our most recent experience at Mahon airport a couple of weeks ago, the ladies in the office were so welcoming and smiley which was lovely. Their male colleague saw us looking a bit lost and very politely helped us without being asked. Last year I left my mobile phone on the coach from Mahon and Suntransfers couldn't have been more helpful; our driver had found it, had handed it in, and it was sent out and delivered to our self catering accommodation. Brilliant service. I would never use a taxi as Suntransfers cost a fraction of the price”

“Suntransfer is the worst company ever! I have booked a return transfer with them, paid online and they stood me twice! No-one waited at the airport, I have contacted their live chat support where the driver is and all they said is "We apologies please find another transfer and we will compensate!". They did the same thing for the return trip as well. Now they are not replying over email, support team claims that they can't help me over chat and I need to email. So I paid 2 times and I did NOT GET MY TRANSFER! PLEASE DONT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!”

“Reserva QK_4577 No se presentó el chofer El jueves 26 de septiembre hice una reserva premium para un traslado al aeropuerto, el coche debería estar a las 13,30, no llegó y cuando llamé a las 13,35 me dijeron que se la habían dado tarde y que no podían mandarme el coche, que me buscara un taxi y que me reembolsarían el dinero. Tuve que pedir el favor a un vecino ya que no había taxis por la zona, envié un correo con la reclamación y me contestan que tienen que estudiar el caso y me contestarán en 30 días laborables, creo que es fácil saber si han hecho el servicio no creo que necesiten 30 días. Desde luego no utilizaré nunca más los servicios de esta compañía y jamás lo recomendaré a nadie. Pienso que deberían compensarme por el trastorno causado y ni siquiera me reembolsan lo que pagué.”

This trip we were last on and first off, but we actually don't mind a longer ride as we get to see other hotels people have chosen. “Motorista em Malta, recusou-se a ir buscar nos a porta do Hotel, mas sim numa rua paralela em que tive que atravessar eu e minha filha qu e menor um lanço de cerca de 20 escadas. Minha filha que é menor ao subir a escada partiu uma roda da mala. Telefonei fiz reclamação via email para Suntransfers, e o que me recompensam são 8 euros. Diga-me por favor onde se comprar uma mala por esse preço. O serviço que paguei era para vir buscar a porta do Hotel. A Suntransfers não se responsabiliza por nada, pois nós que subimos as escadas a pressa, pois iamos para o aeroporto. Vergonhoso e apelo a todas as mães que viajam sozinhas com menores, que não confiem pois tem de transportar a sua bagagem até onde o motorista quiser e não vem buscar a porta do Hotel. Tudo isto com tentativas de troca de mensagem do motorista. Estava a hora combinada como sempre a espera do transporte para nos levar ao aeroporto. Falta de ética, de respeito, por uma menor, vergonhoso. Suntransfers não se responsabiliza por nada. Alerta.”
