“horrendous, driver didn’t know where he was going, took us to the wrong hotel didn’t understand a word we were saying trying to explain he had the wrong place ( even though he should of had all the details ) i had to turn my data roaming on and use google maps to find our own way to the hotel, this was late at night also and with a baby and toddler. not impressed”

“Do not get this firm to transfer you from airport or hotel to airport! They were very good getting me from Malaga airport but on the way home not so good at all! They wanted to collect me at 7.51am for a flight I had to get at 1.50pm!!!! They didn’t give me notification 48hrs in advance so I couldnt cancel! Absolutely terrible service!!! Stay clear of them!!! Terrible customer service!”

“cannot recommend Suntransfers highly enough. We've used them a few times now and they've always been very professional, and totally reliable, which is vital when you're entrusting them with getting you to the airport to catch a flight (we always opt in to receiving the pre flight text). The drivers are polite and punctual and the vehicles are comfortable and spotlessly clean. With our most recent experience at Mahon airport a couple of weeks ago, the ladies in the office were so welcoming and smiley which was lovely. Their male colleague saw us looking a bit lost and very politely helped us without being asked. Last year I left my mobile phone on the coach from Mahon and Suntransfers couldn't have been more helpful; our driver had found it, had handed it in, and it was sent out and delivered to our self catering accommodation. Brilliant service. I would never use a taxi as Suntransfers cost a fraction of the price”

“Suntransfer is the worst company ever! I have booked a return transfer with them, paid online and they stood me twice! No-one waited at the airport, I have contacted their live chat support where the driver is and all they said is "We apologies please find another transfer and we will compensate!". They did the same thing for the return trip as well. Now they are not replying over email, support team claims that they can't help me over chat and I need to email. So I paid 2 times and I did NOT GET MY TRANSFER! PLEASE DONT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!”
