Lundi 4 décembre 16:30 Personne a l arrivée de notre vol Paris Budapest . Aucun chauffeur nous attendait . Aucun message de leur part . Leurs numéros de contact en Hongrie comme en france vous renvoient à répondeur . Finalement c est un employé de l aéroport qui s est démené et qui a réussi à joindre quelqu un de la compagnie Suntransfert.. et un chauffeur s est enfin présenté vers 18h … . Nous a déposé à 100 m de l hôtel sans aucun mot d excuse Vraiment pas top ni fiable Suntransfert plus jamais

Our experience with this company in Zanzibar was good regarding airport transfers to and from the hotel in 23.11 and 03.12. The driver Haji was punctual and courteous. Despite trusting them based on this positive experience, we encountered issues during a day private trip we paid $250 for. The agreed services were not fully provided: we were taken to a smaller spice farm instead of the original owned by the government, and our time in Stone Town was cut short - only 30 minutes going to the car parked far away from the harbour. The guide Mohamed returned the entrance fees unused to the driver instead of us. Even if we exposed to Mr. Rashid what we want to do and where we want to go, he assured us we have enough tine, but after the trip we consultated other local persons that told us it was impossible to attain all the schedules points of interest in due time. Attempts to contact Rashid for a refund were unsuccessful. We also experienced deceptive practices, like the driver overcharging for fruits - we asked him to stop to a market, he assured us is better to go by himself to buy products because of extra- charge of tourists, but he requested from us 10 usd ( ?!) for 2 avocado, 2 mango, 1 papaya and 4 bananas. Requesting a refund system and better service accountability is crucial, especially given the lack of fiscal documentation for the $250 payment. You as multinational company are prejudiced by your representatives in Zanzibar and provide a bad experience to your customers.

Do not yse!!!!Very bad customer service. Our plane was delayed coming out of Newark. I let them know we would be missing our connection in London taking us to Shannon. When we finally arrived in London, we were not able to be booked to Shannon, instead flew into Dublin. Suntransfers didn’t care, and charged us full price for cancelling Their customer service is not good. I was chatting with rep while in NY. And had to continue to repeat myself

We were stood at the airport for over an hour and told many stories why the driver was late. From traffic, strikes, he was there and wasted alot of time ⏲️ Can't say I would ever use again

Totally unprofessional outfit, avoid if you don't want your holiday experience marred. We are 6 retired guys on our annual golfing trip, so booked 'Premium transfer' as there were 6 cases, bags and golf clubs. On arrival at Faro, at the desk we were told the bus was 3 minutes away and to wait outside. Almost immediately the same rep turned up and said 'It's broken down, go with this driver'. We were shown to a small minibus at which point I said this is not what I've booked and rang the number on the booking form. I when them told 'We pride ourselves in our customer service blah blah blah but unfortunately this is all that's available. The golf clubs filled the small ;luggage area behind the seats and we travelled 30 minutes with cases under our feet, on the floor in the cabin area and 2 on our knees. After settling into the villa, I again rang the company and explained what had happened and that we weren't happy, I was offered apologies and assured it was a on off. Imagine our surprise when the same transport turned up 7 days later for our return journey to the airport. On returning home I made an official complaint and received a joke of a response. It was an administration error, really, a 12 euro discount and 10% off our next booking. Laughable really. DO NOT use this company, unprofessional, uncaring and tell lies.

We booked in advance for Lanzarote for October for a minivan for 4. while in the air we received an email telling us the minivan was cancelled as they could not get anyone to do it! We were left at the airport to find a normal taxi adding over an hour to the journey. They refunded the fare but left us tired and disappointed. For the return our flight time changed to morning from the afternoon. We weren't able to change the time on the suntransfers website or get through to them on the phone. By the time I got onto the web chat with an adviser - taking almost an hour the day before they told us they couldn't find another taxi and therefore we would lose our payment. apparently its policy. Despite them letting us down the week before and there website not working properly no refund. I have used them before but never ever again.

I booked a car with them, went through payment and after 20 minutes canceled, for the reason that the drivers were fully booked, to find out that the money would be refunded after 10 working days. I mean what's the point of taking a payment if there is no availability? Just learn it on hard way, make a call before paying, hopefully will be helpful for someone out there

I was offered a tour by their driver to be organised through another company. The tour fell through and despite my many attempts I never received a refund. Suntransfers were very unhelpful in trying to resolve this matter. As a result of using their service, and trusting their driver, I have been left significantly out of pocket.

Awful service, do not use, driver did not arrive, called customer service told the driver was coming and to wait, we waited an hour and no driver arrived and can't even get a refund, awful service

Awful expirience they left us waiting for an hour, no car, no information, just ask us to wait, we had to take another shuttle. Dont trust this site and get some profesional one, this could put a dent on you family vacation. We are asking for a refund and they are fighting it, is the worst service i have had received in a holiday.

My husband and I booked a return private transfer from Marrakesh Airport to our hotel in Casablanca. We could not falt any part of the service. Our drivers were both very polite and good drivers. We would recommend Suntransfers. Excellent job done, thank you.

I guess the whole point of the service is to make the transfer from airport to hotel effortless. Well, none of that did apply in our case. The flight was on time, yet no one was waiting for us. Couldn't get through to telephone service. After some teeth grinning got through to a chat service. Told us to find a counter on the other part of the airport. So we did. The guys there didn't seem to have a clue that we needed some service. The brand was different from Suntransfers so I thought this might be a scam. They didn't have a car reserved for us but were eventually able to find a driver for us. For the feedback they offered later -10% off in the next booking. Well if you ask me the next time will never come.

I have given them adequate time to respond and 4 emails to Herman Kraus but after theses and chasers he seems to have gone quiet. basically failed to arrive at booking leaving us with no transportation so had to arrange and cost us considerably more as was a 45+ mile journey, secondly checked with them about my return 24 hours before gor a text to confirm again and basically they did not turn up as said original booking cancelled on system so stopped return despite the text, they agreed to refund difference on journey out but will not agree to return extra funds for return for a 6.30am pick up so i had to try to find somebody whilst having no transport for a return flight some 2 h.5 hours later which caused lots of calls, flagging of people who declined and finally a yes. we have emailed the receipts so we can try to conclude but they seem to no longer now i have returned to correspond. they offered 10% off next journey and i amd my company have used before but to no avail. you have accepted you made mistakes so please just conform the full amount will be paid and conclude ? booking ref SUNTR_OM1607 Your chance to retain the monies of act professionally and refund the full amount. email and details hekld under the reference.

Booked a transfer from Cancun, our flight was delayed by 1hr 10min & with it being so busy it took us 1hr 17min to reach the pick up point from the time we touched down. There was no rep waiting & it took us 12mins to find him, he was sitting down at the back of a stall away from the meeting point. He then said our transfer was on its way & then tried to give us information on trips & given us details to contact, we said we were not interested. 5 mins later he informed us that our transfer had been cancelled because we were over 2hrs late & we would have to get a private transfer, we came out after 1hr 17mins so they did not take into consideration the delay, he already had a driver next to him, he said it would be £145 equal to Mex peso compared to £30 with Suntransfers for one way. Luckily we talked to the Tui rep & managed to get on the bus after having to tip the driver £25. Rang Suntransfers from the airport, which were no help what so ever. I sent an email to complain & claim a refund when I returned from holiday to which I have received no reply what so ever as at some 7 weeks later. I tried to phone them & unable to contact the also. Absolute disgrace and will never use again.
