I would not recommend this company. While they may have successfully executed many orders in the past, reliability and consistency are crucial in today's world. No one wants to risk being stranded in a foreign country without guidance. Unfortunately, our experience mirrored these concerns. Despite previous negative reviews indicating a pattern, the company failed to pick us up and remained uncommunicative for nearly two weeks. Company did not even issue an apology, not to mention a refund… After being stuck in a foreign airport with no knowledge of the language, with no cell phone service or Wi-Fi we ended up hiring a local taxi. Their unreliability and lack of assistance are concerning. Moreover, charging us for a service they didn't provide feels like a form of theft.

Booked taxi didn’t turn up, no answer from office or online. We were just left stranded and had to use local taxi to get to airport, which was actually cheaper. Still haven’t been refunded two months later. Credit card company had to intervene to refund me. Terrible overpriced service, would not use them again.

I booked and paid for a round transfer from Langkawi airport to Telegar Harbour. Arriving was ok, the driver texted that he was outside the airport. I was surprised at the appearance of the car and driver. Both were quite scruffy! However, on our return there was no car waiting for us. We waited 13 minutes past the due time and were anxious because we had quite a tight schedule for our plane. The security police at the harbour called a taxi for us because there was nobody around at this time. I complained immediately and today, 9 days later, I had a ‘standard’ response stating that their drivers only waited 10 minutes! This is appalling customer service response. We were there well before our driver was due! They did not read my complaint. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY again. There are other, far better people to use. Additionally they were four times more expensive than arranging transport on arrival. They should be ashamed of themselves. They know they failed to deliver.

Driver did not meet us at Arrivals in Tenerife. Had to find the Subtranfers stand where the driver was waiting. Be sure to read your travel voucher for meeting instructions.

Horrible el servicio. Pretendían recogerme del alojamiento con 5 horas de antelación a la salida del vuelo, cuando el aeropuerto está a sólo 20 minutos del alojamiento, y no suele haber tráfico. Me avisaron sólo 24 horas antes de la salida del vuelo, y cuando les comunico que quiero cancelar el Servicio, me informan que no me devuelven el dinero porque no lo he cancelado con 48 horas de antelación, cómo puedo cancelar con 48 horas de antelación si me lo comunican con sólo 24 horas? Ni se les ocurra contratar con esta compañía

I was victim of a SCAM at Cancun airport.I contracted shuttle service from Suntransfers which advised to do not stop to ask information, got outside of the airport and no one waiting for my wife and I.A person wearing airport badge offered to get me a taxi, I told I was looking for my shuttle then she offered to call Suntranfers.She called the number I gave her, +52 101 55 41705580, then she gave me her cell phone, I talked to the person on the line which told me about an accident that would delay the pickup for at least 2 hours and told me to pickup a taxi that they would reimburse me next day at the hotel. I refused and told that I would wait, I was suspicious if the lady called the correct number or it was a scam.We waited for some time, nothing from Suntransfers then I asked a guy also wearing airport badge if I could use his phone to call Suntransfers, he asked me for the number, I saw him dialing the correct number unless he had some trick on his phone then I talked to a person that also told me about the delay and also told me to pickup a taxi that they would reimburse me next day. I was upset and told that they should pay for the taxi not me, but as I had no option I decide to pay for the taxi even if I would lose that money.The guy that I borrowed the phone took us to a taxi, put our luggage on the truck then came the lady that first talked to us, I got scared because I realized they were from the same gang, she told me it would cost me US$120, I told I didn't had that amount then she told me to pay with my credit card what I had no choice then I did that, I typed my card pin, she told me it failed and asked if I had informed the bank I would be in Mexico, I replied I didn't then she asked me to try again and it worked.On the way to the hotel my wife and I were very scared thinking the taxi driver would take a secondary road and discard us on some bushes. He was driving like crazy at 140Km/h where the limit was 90Km/h.Luckily he got us to the hotel, I gave him a tip, he told me he wanted more then I gave more and pretended I liked is service, asked is name and phone number, he told me his name was Joshua and his number 998.118.8204.Couple of days later I checked my bank account then I found 2 charges of 9000 pesos each. So instead of US$120 she charged on my credit card 18000 pesos about CAD$1,291. I reported immediately to the credit card but it looks there is nothing they can do.I called the taxi driver, Joshua, that gave me his company number +52 998 348 2119, and name taxi super Sharon which I called, the person confirmed the company name but when I told about the wrong charges he said he didn't speak English, I talked to him in Spanish then he told he does not work with taxi and hang off.I tried to report to the police online but no reply. I went to the tourist policy station in Playa Del Carmen, but besides being tourist specialised police station no one speaks English, I talked to a policy office in Spanish then he told me I had to report in Cancun not there and that “it wasn't a crime but just a break of trust” at that point I lost my hope on getting help from the police. He also told me to report to the taxi union what I had tried many times but the phones just don't work 998.689.1166, 998.888.6990, 998.293.6267, 998.221.8064 and 998.689.1143.On my way back to Canada, at the Cancun airport I looked for the lady in order to take her photo for the Cancun police but she wasn't there. I saw another couple falling on the same scam, a guy with airport badge talking to them, handing over his cell phone, so I went there and told the couple what happened to me, they left the scam person and went back inside the airport, for sure that scan guy did not get happy, I saw him talking to his gang, all wearing airport badges, and pointing to me, so I run with my wife to the customs and got inside praying to leave Mexico as soon as possible to never return.If in five minutes I could help a tourist couple for sure it would be easy for the Cancun police to get those criminals if Mexico consider them criminals of course.

very poor service, no one at the gate with a sign , waiting 20 mins before we seen someone, Barcelona to the cruise port 65 euro in a smelly old car that smelled of old cigarette smoke , do not use this company ... we gor a taxi coming back 40 euro ....

it's 5 in the morning in Spain, 2 people are waiting for their transfer to the airport and the driver doesn't show up... €156 thrown in the wind plus a new set of plane tickets. they were only able to say it was an error from the local company.....worst service ever!!!

Lundi 4 décembre 16:30 Personne a l arrivée de notre vol Paris Budapest . Aucun chauffeur nous attendait . Aucun message de leur part . Leurs numéros de contact en Hongrie comme en france vous renvoient à répondeur . Finalement c est un employé de l aéroport qui s est démené et qui a réussi à joindre quelqu un de la compagnie Suntransfert.. et un chauffeur s est enfin présenté vers 18h … . Nous a déposé à 100 m de l hôtel sans aucun mot d excuse Vraiment pas top ni fiable Suntransfert plus jamais

Our experience with this company in Zanzibar was good regarding airport transfers to and from the hotel in 23.11 and 03.12. The driver Haji was punctual and courteous. Despite trusting them based on this positive experience, we encountered issues during a day private trip we paid $250 for. The agreed services were not fully provided: we were taken to a smaller spice farm instead of the original owned by the government, and our time in Stone Town was cut short - only 30 minutes going to the car parked far away from the harbour. The guide Mohamed returned the entrance fees unused to the driver instead of us. Even if we exposed to Mr. Rashid what we want to do and where we want to go, he assured us we have enough tine, but after the trip we consultated other local persons that told us it was impossible to attain all the schedules points of interest in due time. Attempts to contact Rashid for a refund were unsuccessful. We also experienced deceptive practices, like the driver overcharging for fruits - we asked him to stop to a market, he assured us is better to go by himself to buy products because of extra- charge of tourists, but he requested from us 10 usd ( ?!) for 2 avocado, 2 mango, 1 papaya and 4 bananas. Requesting a refund system and better service accountability is crucial, especially given the lack of fiscal documentation for the $250 payment. You as multinational company are prejudiced by your representatives in Zanzibar and provide a bad experience to your customers.

Do not yse!!!!Very bad customer service. Our plane was delayed coming out of Newark. I let them know we would be missing our connection in London taking us to Shannon. When we finally arrived in London, we were not able to be booked to Shannon, instead flew into Dublin. Suntransfers didn’t care, and charged us full price for cancelling Their customer service is not good. I was chatting with rep while in NY. And had to continue to repeat myself

We were stood at the airport for over an hour and told many stories why the driver was late. From traffic, strikes, he was there and wasted alot of time ⏲️ Can't say I would ever use again

Totally unprofessional outfit, avoid if you don't want your holiday experience marred. We are 6 retired guys on our annual golfing trip, so booked 'Premium transfer' as there were 6 cases, bags and golf clubs. On arrival at Faro, at the desk we were told the bus was 3 minutes away and to wait outside. Almost immediately the same rep turned up and said 'It's broken down, go with this driver'. We were shown to a small minibus at which point I said this is not what I've booked and rang the number on the booking form. I when them told 'We pride ourselves in our customer service blah blah blah but unfortunately this is all that's available. The golf clubs filled the small ;luggage area behind the seats and we travelled 30 minutes with cases under our feet, on the floor in the cabin area and 2 on our knees. After settling into the villa, I again rang the company and explained what had happened and that we weren't happy, I was offered apologies and assured it was a on off. Imagine our surprise when the same transport turned up 7 days later for our return journey to the airport. On returning home I made an official complaint and received a joke of a response. It was an administration error, really, a 12 euro discount and 10% off our next booking. Laughable really. DO NOT use this company, unprofessional, uncaring and tell lies.

We booked in advance for Lanzarote for October for a minivan for 4. while in the air we received an email telling us the minivan was cancelled as they could not get anyone to do it! We were left at the airport to find a normal taxi adding over an hour to the journey. They refunded the fare but left us tired and disappointed. For the return our flight time changed to morning from the afternoon. We weren't able to change the time on the suntransfers website or get through to them on the phone. By the time I got onto the web chat with an adviser - taking almost an hour the day before they told us they couldn't find another taxi and therefore we would lose our payment. apparently its policy. Despite them letting us down the week before and there website not working properly no refund. I have used them before but never ever again.

I booked a car with them, went through payment and after 20 minutes canceled, for the reason that the drivers were fully booked, to find out that the money would be refunded after 10 working days. I mean what's the point of taking a payment if there is no availability? Just learn it on hard way, make a call before paying, hopefully will be helpful for someone out there
