Very helpful - waited a bit longer to finalise everything , but I think that was the fault of third party involvement no sunlounger

Your email system wasn't working very well and even though I replied I never had a response. So I had to chase up the enquiry, it would have been good practice to following up on your behalf knowing you have a glitch! Secondly, the 2nd person I was in touch with, when I said I would make the payment later that day or next day. Told me the office times, but never mentioned they were away or on annual leave next day. I just feel customer service could be improved! The content of what you eventually provided was fine. However the initial enquiry brief had to tweaked as I asked for dates outside of Easter school holidays and was only given holiday dates. I commuicated via telephone and email.

We were unaware that the issue had affected multiple customers, and while we make it a priority to follow up regularly with our clients, it’s possible that in this case, the timing fell within our usual 3-day turnaround. This timeframe is designed to give our clients the space to consider their options without feeling pressured. Regarding your concern about the second member of staff, I would like to clarify that as a unified team, we assist one another’s clients to ensure that care is provided around the clock, rather than being dependent on the availability of a specific consultant. We apologise if this gave the impression of a lapse in service, as it is our goal to provide seamless support at all times. Lastly, I’m sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the dates. But I’m glad I was able to assist and secure your booking on behalf of my colleague. Rep was very helpful could not do enough for me, but having travelled frequently to Hamburg to visit family. Finding exspensive. regarding 2X i think she should be upgraded not down.

I'm very pleased to hear you found the our team member helpful, however I am saddened to hear the costing increase that we unfortunately have no control over has left such a lasting impression. I understand that the query around charging for the assistance has been rectified and this is as always free of charge.

We booked a holiday and took ages for someone to respond so had to call up. Luckily the woman on the phone was very helpful!
