Your email system wasn't working very well and even though I replied I never had a response. So I had to chase up the enquiry, it would have been good practice to following up on your behalf knowing you have a glitch! Secondly, the 2nd person I was in touch with, when I said I would make the payment later that day or next day. Told me the office times, but never mentioned they were away or on annual leave next day. I just feel customer service could be improved!
The content of what you eventually provided was fine. However the initial enquiry brief had to tweaked as I asked for dates outside of Easter school holidays and was only given holiday dates. I commuicated via telephone and email.
