As soon as we walked in we was welcomed and on couple of occasions we spoke to 3 different people all very well mannered great customer service and extremely helpful :)

This is our 4th booking through Sunlounger. Nothing is ever a problem, the ladies are helpful and knowledgeable, we would recommend over going direct or using other high street stores

We booked our holiday today, fabulous service from Regan and Nikki. Regan came up with some fab recommendations and great prices. I will definitely use Sunlounger for my next holiday😁Thankyou.

We went into the 'shop' and gained the information we required to meet our chosen holiday. We informed the advisor that a telephone call would be made on the Monday when holiday dates had been confoirmed at work. When I made the call to the advisor (who had given me her card) she had all the details of our enquiry, everything was confirmed back to me; the holiday was booked, plane sdeats and our parking. The process was brilliant, very professional, details double checked and easy to manage by telephone. A very good experience from start to finish.

Your email system wasn't working very well and even though I replied I never had a response. So I had to chase up the enquiry, it would have been good practice to following up on your behalf knowing you have a glitch! Secondly, the 2nd person I was in touch with, when I said I would make the payment later that day or next day. Told me the office times, but never mentioned they were away or on annual leave next day. I just feel customer service could be improved! The content of what you eventually provided was fine. However the initial enquiry brief had to tweaked as I asked for dates outside of Easter school holidays and was only given holiday dates. I commuicated via telephone and email.

This timeframe is designed to give our clients the space to consider their options without feeling pressured. Regarding your concern about the second member of staff, I would like to clarify that as a unified team, we assist one another’s clients to ensure that care is provided around the clock, rather than being dependent on the availability of a specific consultant. We apologise if this gave the impression of a lapse in service, as it is our goal to provide seamless support at all times. Lastly, I’m sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the dates. But I’m glad I was able to assist and secure your booking on behalf of my colleague.
