“Cannot fault So Simply Robell on their service. They did have a problem getting my order time in 24 hours but it was delivered within 48!hours. I have so many pairs of Robell trousers. However this last pair has disappointed me.”

“Ordered Robell Marie Denim Jean in Natural Denim 29" length exactly the same as I already have, but they arrived and were 30" long and were not the same. Very disappointed as I love Robell trousers.”

“Have previously bought Robell trousers but only the Petite “velvet” range, which are excellent. Recently purchased Robell “Bella09” in dark brown. Very disappointed with the fabric. Have not returned them but, in future, will stick to the other!!”

“The trousers were not the quality I expected. They were too short any the material was a poorer quality of my other Robell trousers. I have sent them back and am awaiting a refund. I was also very disappointed I have to pay postage for the return”

“I ordered small (S) and disappointedly I got regular. I sent them back asking for replacent. So far you have sent message to say I would get a refund. No sign yet. I already have a pair, small size, and they fit perfectly and was trying to get a second pair. No luck! Do I try again? But shall wait for refund first.”

“I ordered some new Mimi trousers because my old ones were so loved they were falling off me. The new ones are made of a thick jersey style fabric which is much more casual than the old facbric and prone to damage.”

“Bought jeans and after wearing them a few times, the seam on the inner leg was coming apart. After paying £89 for these jeans I would have expected better value. They were returned by me and after some time were returned repaired. I will not be purchasing anymore items from Robell.”

“Colour not as described - was navy blue and not royal blue. Was told it was my computer !!! What happened to customer always being right !!! Was definately not !!! Was not happy that i had to pay for return postage despite item being wrongly described online. Was told they would look into refunding my return postage and a note would be put on the system regarding this - was not surprised to hear that they had recieved my return parcel but would only be refunding the cost of the item - no mention of postage refund. So paid £4.99 for nothing !!! Exremely dissatisfied and would never order again or recommend to anyone else. First and last time for me”

“I bought a pair of Robell rose ankle grazers in my usual size but they were way too small. It could be they were wrongly labelled. I am an old customer and have not had this problem before, so I'm returning them.”

“I absolutely love these trousers and have been buying for a few years now. However. Their sizing has changed, and compared to exactly the same trousers I bought 6 months ago, measured size for size, the waist is 1.5/2 inches smaller. (I wish I'd taken a photo of the two together now) So, anyway, I ordered the next size up and instead of a 'slender fit' they came through as 'straight fit and were much baggier. Annoyingly, I had to pay to return all 3 pairs, through no fault of my own. I did seek the help of customer services, who were very nice, but couldn't help. Sadly I'm obviously unable to wear these again. What's happened Robell? I'm so disappointed.”

“I have just ordered another pair of the Marie F/L trousers. Unfortunately, the material seems a lot thinner than previously. I have had many pairs over the years. The trousers always lose shape after a while anyway so I’m unsure how long these will last. As the price increases, I see these are not as good value as they once were. Shame as I have always loved these trousers.”
