Colour not as described - was navy blue and not royal blue. Was told it was my computer !!! What happened to customer always being right !!! Was definately not !!! Was not happy that i had to pay for return postage despite item being wrongly described online. Was told they would look into refunding my return postage and a note would be put on the system regarding this - was not surprised to hear that they had recieved my return parcel but would only be refunding the cost of the item - no mention of postage refund. So paid £4.99 for nothing !!! Exremely dissatisfied and would never order again or recommend to anyone else. First and last time for me
