My order was extremely delayed and took almost 3 weeks to deliver. After many emails chasing, I spoke to Kimberely in customer service and she was excellent. She apologised and reassuringly promised a next day delivery. The phone arrived the next morning and was in excellent condition. Thank you Kimberely much appreciated. Phone was a great price.
