In response to the reviews left on here, Smart Cellular have replied to say please contact our customer service team. However one number does not work, and the other says you are in a queue, followed by a message saying no one is available to take the call and to email. Email says will respond within 2 working days but then no reply received. Please let me know Smart Cellular how you can be contacted in a way that actually works so I can a refund for a phone still not received.

Where is my payment for my phone that we sent you 6weeks ago you keep saying we will ring you from your account department but they never ring 4times we have been told this have you totally ripped us off for £200 or will you actually contact us and pay us what you owe us

Still the same as a year ago... wish I'd done my research properly ordered 2 phones only recieved one and noones replying to my messages and the phone number doesn't work! Absolutely shocking customer service! I must've been one of the unlucky ones to get ripped off out of £215!!!! As also never recieved a confirmation that I ordered the phones only to say 1 is out for delivery
Why do you not respond to emails? Your telephone number is useless! No one picks up! You take peoples money, fail to supply the product and services that you advertise on the website. REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE!
Just wondering if you had any luck in getting hold of anyone? I am having the same issue with them. Bought a phone over 2 weeks ago from them and had nothing but generic emails. 1st one said phone was getting picked and dispatched. 2nd & 3rd emails a week later saying they are really busy and it will be sent out soon but still nothing. They haven't replied to any emails or messages.
Also in the same boat. Ordered 2 phones for my kids for Xmas recieved 1 and they haven't sent the other. But no contact whatsoever now reading messages and not responding ?
