However, I’d also ordered an Apple box as it was a Christmas present, and this never arrived and after several calls and emails it transpired that they were experiencing issues getting such accessories out on delivery before Christmas. Just wish they had been straight up front about such issues and not left me believing it was going to show up. Eventually I agreed to have a refund - but still awaiting the free gifts of a wireless charger though.”

“The phone took a while to arrive, so don't expect a next day delivery. Order early and you won't be disappointed. However I still haven't received the original box that I ordered with the phone. I ordered on the 3rd of December for a Christmas present. Not a massive issue as I just purchased another box from a different seller, in time for Christmas. But I'm having issues getting a refund for the box I ordered with the phone. May be worth considering getting a box from another seller if you want it quickly.”

“Ordered a 14 pro phone for my daughter for Christmas, was getting a bit panicky as it took about 2 weeks to come instead of two days. “Before anything else; the phone I purchased for my daughter was in mint condition even though classed as good-an iPhone 13pro. The main reason I decided to use smart cellular was the good condition which was cheaper than other companies but slightly more expensive than say others average condition phones. Ordered at the beginning of December it took over 2.5 weeks to arrive and only 4 days before Christmas. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned. The online chat is your only means of support and it’s ok but can be frustrating when you’re trying to find stuff out whilst on limited times at work.”
