Ordered a 14 pro phone for my daughter for Christmas, was getting a bit panicky as it took about 2 weeks to come instead of two days. Finally received the item and was in great condition apart from it wasn’t the colour I had ordered. However was too late to send back as Christmas was nearly upon us. My daughter is very happy with it so that’s good 👍🏻 and it was the best value I could find. Also, Steve on the live chat was pretty helpful
