Booking a carers ticket was difficult and there was no clear way of how to do it or who to contact. While I did get the ticket in the end - it could be made a lot easier and more strait forward than it currently is.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Pretty annoying to book an event for women and nonbinary people and then have to class myself as unknown or whatever because you can only be male or female.

Gyptian should have played on the main stage , the one love stage and area was too small him and resulted in overcrowding . I was pushed and shoved constantly, I had to leave the area . Bar should have a better system but the music and atmosphere was good

Easy good service to book through. Tickets came through quick and easy to access. Let down through follow up customer service, phones 3 times and phone was put down each time without being able to speak to an advisor

Needed to purchase a carers PA ticket. Had to provide confirmation that I am disabled which I have no issue with but then had to jump through so many hoops to actually get the ticket it was very frustrating. No clear instructions, waiting for people on chat box to get back to me took several messages. Very poor customer service.

Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. This is as requested by the event organisers directly. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Skiddle are normally very good but have let me down this time around. Tried booking an early bird ticket with a discount code, which wasn't accepted. Contacted Skiddle for help but got no reply and this missed out on the early bird tickets. Ended up £60 out of pocket. Still no reply a week later.

I booked online. The actual brooking process was fairly straightforward, after I downloaded the App. When I turned up at the venue, on event night, even though I had a QR code image, there was no reference in the venues files that I had booked. The management made it clear that they didn't believe I had paid for a ticket and wanted me to leave the registration area, and the venue building. Rather reluctantly, I was allowed in after I showed Skiddle's confirmation email to the door staff. The experience was both a little embarrassing and moderately stressful.

This means that it is the event organisers' responsibility to inform the venue of what ticket outlets are selling tickets for the event, and to make the barcodes available to scanning staff. Hi, Re:Sell is an opt-in service which we provide to event promoters to use once the event has sold out and if the event organiser has opted in to use this feature. You are unable to list your tickets on Re:Sell due to both of these criteria not being met. Please try passing tickets on privately! Thanks, LEB

Hi there, Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs and profit. The RapidScan ticket fee covers the overheads incurred by dispatching the order or providing the scanning technology used to produce and validate your ticket quickly and efficiently at the event. As you can appreciate without charging a fee we, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to operate. However, we can understand that you'd like to pay as little as you can for your event tickets so we always aim to keep our fees to a minimum. Thanks, LB Skiddle Customer Support
