The actual brooking process was fairly straightforward, after I downloaded the App. When I turned up at the venue, on event night, even though I had a QR code image, there was no reference in the venues files that I had booked. The management made it clear that they didn't believe I had paid for a ticket and wanted me to leave the registration area, and the venue building. Rather reluctantly, I was allowed in after I showed Skiddle's confirmation email to the door staff. The experience was both a little embarrassing and moderately stressful.
