“I was able to buy my ticket but I'm not over sure if I have it. It certainly doesn't look like a ticket therefore I'm not sure if I will be allowed in to the gig?”

“The experience iself was great and I found it easy. However, I just wondered ( this is not a critism , just a query) if anyone there had ever calculated the carbon footprint , and expoitation associated with, a mobile phone, including the mining necessary for the rare earth minerals and the data warehouses and their carbon footprint for the storage of data.The multiple devices associated with the phone will also have their own footprint and the tendency to upgrade/ change devices increases this problem. I have and came to the conclusion that I would be damaging the planet by using one. I , therefore, decided not to buy one.However, the pressure to own one is becoming increasingly intense. I have one PC and a printer for which I use recyled paper produced from fast fashion.”

“Easy site to navigate. Dissapointment that i could only purchase 8 tickets at a time, 24 bought in total. Also £1 booking fee per ticket was not good.”

“For some reason when I sent the tickets to someone else, they did not go through to their account and I contacted the schedule customer service email. They responded very quickly within five days. The customer service was super helpful and very thorough and clear after emailing back-and-forth for a little bit the ticket was able to be sent. Although this is amazing customer service, I'm not too sure why initially the problem happened as I made sure I typed in all the right details so nothing went wrong but it still managed to overall I would definitely use Skiddle again to book tickets.”

“The process was nice and easy. The only reason I've dropped a star, is because we were not offered a choice of seats, but just a general area we wished to sit in. As I am disabled, I need to sit next to my wife/carer, and rely on her a lot.”
