For some reason when I sent the tickets to someone else, they did not go through to their account and I contacted the schedule customer service email. They responded very quickly within five days. The customer service was super helpful and very thorough and clear after emailing back-and-forth for a little bit the ticket was able to be sent. Although this is amazing customer service, I'm not too sure why initially the problem happened as I made sure I typed in all the right details so nothing went wrong but it still managed to overall I would definitely use Skiddle again to book tickets.
