I tried to order two tickets for a Peter Bruntnell gig. Having got through every step, I pressed 'Pay', only to be told that because I'd been inactive for eight minutes I was timed out and would have to start again. Absolute nonsense - there wa no delay at all.

The booking process was long and afterwards a long delay in taking payment caused me to have to restart.

The ticket information wasn’t clear Once we got them and put them on the apple wallet so easy there after. However, we paid for premium car parking and this wasn’t something available with the save the rave concert . I’m now £18 down and still haven’t received a refund which isn’t good for not getting something that was premium I feel the organiser wasn’t as good as it could of been and needs definitely bette preparation next time

Harder to use rush other sites because information like badge and email address didn’t pre-populate from the defaults stored in my my phone.

I do find booking with skiddle the most exasperating experience out of all the other ticket outlets, most send an email attachment with your ticket, job done.

It's not very user friendly due to the inconvenience of ordering a ticket. Three are too many extra optional charges such as a WhatsApp charge. That aside, it was not as much as a smooth checkout for a ticket as other websites. Also, forcing the user to create an account (even as a guest) is a very cheap attempt at gaining user data.

Hey there, Thanks for your feedback, Looking at optional extras, we offer only 2 optional extras: Refund Protection for customers who want to protect their booking and WhatsApp confirmation for customers who would like to see their bookings via WhatsApp rather than email. If you don't want any of these extras you can simply not select them when you book. As well as this we ask if you would like to receive marketing from the event organiser and marketing from Skiddle. This is entirely optional and down to the user's discretion. We need basic information such as your name and email address so we can email your tickets to you after you have purchased them. I was very disappointed with Soul Town as they advertised Atlantic Starr on the line up for Saturday 31st of August 2024 and they did not perform and was missing from the line up. They was the main band I purchased a ticket.

Hi, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. I'd best advise passing on your unwanted ticket(s) to someone else to ensure that you don't lose out on the money spent. Hi Kizzie, Thank you for leaving a review. When tickets are put in a customer's basket, they are reserved for 8 minutes, allowing the customer to purchase. The amount of tickets selected and taken off sale until purchasing is complete. If the customer does not make the purchase within the 8 minutes given, the tickets are re-released for others to buy. It is likely that when you went to purchase your tickets, the payment plan tickets were already in someone else's basket but they did not complete their transaction in the time it to you to complete yours. I had to use 2 phones to book tickets because everytime I tried to verify and return to the skiddle site it sent me right back to the beginning. Very frustrating but I managed to book the tickets. I couldn't find a contact number for skiddle

I didn't have any problem in the purchasing proccess, however, I prefer to receive the tickets directly in pdf, ready to download, instead of another code to downlode the final tickets. This makes me feel nervous, even more when Im buying a considerable amount of tickets for the first time.

We recommend creating a Skiddle account before purchasing, so that your details are saved, reducing checkout speed. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended until a certain date before your event. Extremely inconvenient, hidden fees that they pretend are just to 'pay for scanning technology at the even' while the ticket is a QR code any phone could scan, a checkout system where you have to opt out of 2 different spam e-mail 'services' and then when emailed the ticket the ticket itself isn't even on the email but rather you have to follow a link, input MORE info until you get the privilege of downloading an 'old fashioned' pdf. If that's an old fashioned and out of date system compared to this nonsense then take me back to it any day.
