It's not very user friendly due to the inconvenience of ordering a ticket.
Three are too many extra optional charges such as a WhatsApp charge.
That aside, it was not as much as a smooth checkout for a ticket as other websites.
Also, forcing the user to create an account (even as a guest) is a very cheap attempt at gaining user data.
