I ordered my SHO bottle on July 15th and have still not received this product and intend to cancel. An absolutely appalling service. My emails have been ignored and no product has been delivered although my payment has been taken.

Very well packaged and attractive however does not keep fluids cold. Tried topping up with ice all that happens is the outside gets very cold with condensation and it is nowhere as good as a much smaller similar bottle that I got as a gift. Very disappointed

I ordered the kids bottle and it was to come with straw lid .which I had clicked with the colour of my choice . Bottles arrived but only with stew top lid which is not suitable for my toddlers . On order the did not say straw lid was extra cost . Reply I got stated I did not pay for straw lid ? Now you can get a straw lid in the colour . Offer was very miss leading as stated if you click straw lid you get both tops . Advert and offer needs to be clear . Now i bottles my boys can use and I can’t order straw lid as no colours available . First time I have used this company and very disappointed with the customer care and misleading offer , I brought 4 bottles and brush

Bought 3 items within 3 weeks as Absolutely loved my initial purchase. However, after placing the 2nd order i needed to make a change, I contacted customer service less than 60 seconds after placing the order but was contacted the next day to say there wasn’t anything that could be done. Despite a few attempts to sort it on my part there was flat refusal and then no response to my e mails. I was told they were busy as only 2 staff there and while I can empathise when someone is hard worked it’s tough but equally that’s not my fault. Over £60 spent in 3 weeks and no support. There is a section on here to show how long it took to respond but it was about 24 hrs & that’d not an option Odd that people say the customer service is brilliant as that wasn’t the case for me.

The product looks great and the rating is not due to quality. However it didnt occur to me that the lid would not make the cup spill proof. The cup is therefore not fit for purpose for me...namely it cant be taken to work full which was the point. Not having the time to get to a post office during their opening times to send it back means lve kept it but havent used it and am unlikely to. Pity you dont sell lids separately as l would have bought one. Make it clearer please that the lid doesnt make the cup spill proof so those like me who dont read all the small print, which was my fault,dont make this error and waste money.

Unfortunately, at the moment it's not leak proof but we will be releasing a closable splash proof lid within a couple of months time so keep an eye out for this. I have been told my order will arrive at the end of May. Six weeks from the order. Its a joke!

Hello Angela, Thanks for your review and apologies for any misunderstanding here. The way a pre-order works is that you pay for and reserve an item that is currently out of stock but a future dispatch date is given instead. As we are completely out of stock of the Sports Bottles at the moment, we're unable to have your order sent out until the advised delivery date you were given you upon placing your order. All items under the same order will be sent out together so we advise that you place a separate order for non pre-order items if you need them sooner. Our Sports Bottles will be dispatched on or before the 31st May as soon as we've received our delivery. Doesn't work,cold after 4hrs and yes I did put boiled water in first to make the flask hot

As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. Not received my order yet. Sports bottle release has been pushed back so the rest of my order has been pushed back, at least that’s what I assume. I’m surprised that you sent me a request to review. Not impressed at this time!!

I received the order late and when I contacted the customer care team they just dismissed me saying that it takes that long to dispatch. Never admitted or apologised for the wrong information given that the order will reach me in 2-3 days. The calix doesn’t have a sliding closure , so it spills my coffee if I have it in my bag when I go for a walk. Kept it upright in the side pocket, still spills everywhere. Apart from that the calix is alright.

Hi Lekshmi, Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very sorry for any confusion caused with the dispatch and delivery times. We allow up to 1-2 working days for orders to be processed and for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch it and then Royal Mail deliver them within 2-3 working days. We do advise of these times on our website but it sounds like you may have missed this. We understand your concerns about the Calix spilling when it's in your bag, and are in the process of improving the design to make the product more convenient and user-friendly and will be releasing a closable splash proof lid in the near future.
