“Keeps thinks cool. Works well. My only issue is I brought the 1.7lt bottle for my shifts. I was offered the straw at the end yet it doesn’t fit the bottle?! I can’t drink directly from the bottle as it spills everywhere so it defeats the reason I got it!”

“Love my bottle. Didn’t realise how much nicer cold water is- how much more I now drink. My only issue is the children’s version. I bought it for my 3 year old who struggles to open the spout. It is a shame as we can’t really use it as he is independent in his drinking and if he uses it then he needs to ask an adult to open it.”

“I bought three bottles. A 1l, a 260ml and a fortis. With a variety of additional lids, carabiners and straws. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size straw lid, human error which was of benefit to my sons water bottle, and my little bottle had a dent in the base but it doesn’t effect the use and it does wobble.”

“Not impressed they are smaller than they look don’t really hold much, but they did keep my drink cold for a few hours I’ve stayed frozen”

“I love the cup (Sho Calix) and the colourful design but the lid is disappointing. It doesn’t keep my drink warm for 4 hours due to the holes in it. Also worried if I accidentally knock it over it will spill. Please design a lid to fit on this cup that actually closes.”

“The items look good. I have only used with boiling water so far. Whilst it kept it quite hot for 10 hours, somehow the inside of the lid had detached itself and was floating in the water. I have managed to put back together but just a bit afraid it will detach again.”

“I love the products, the feel, the quality, the look, the fact that you don't have to spend much for free delivery. HOWEVER, the fact that the standard lid doesn't have any means of sealing against spills in a serious pain and silver it has resulted in many spills and cleanup jobs needed of sofas, floors, car seats, etc, I resent that. Even a simple bung would do the job, but as standard, not an extra. It has a distinct whiff of building in a design flaw so that you have to buy extras you didn't think you would need and that you wouldn't have bought the item in the first place if you'd realised. And yes, there's 2 stars knocked off for that as I think it's both a bad idea and cheeky.”

“Bought the SHO food flask to use at work, so o didn’t have to use works microwave. Lovely food flask I bought the ombré pink/blue gr8 design love the compartment and cancelled fork/spoon. I have 3 sho flasks good products. Good company, good service and customer service is good. I have recommended numerous time.”

Unfortunately, at the moment it's not leak proof but we will be releasing a closable splash proof lid in the summer so keep an eye out for this. “The product is good, and the price is good. My only complaint is the delivery timescales are misleading. They state the Royal Mail times, not the total time. So, if they don't dispatch it to Royal Mail it right away, it's their dispatch time plus the times they quote. I emailed as the tracking was misleading (it just said Royal Mail were awaiting it for several days), and I had some very ambiguous replies about the delay. I believed my items were going to come in 2-3 working days, it was more like 6-7 working days. It's not a huge problem, and I wouldn't stop using SHO over it, it just feels like mismanagement of expectations and a bit more honesty would have been appreciated. As I say, the product and price are fine, not the best on the market, but the price reflects that and the product is very good for the price”

“SHO customer service has been great. I have purchased a couple of products from them and they have been really good, especially the flasks are amazing!! Couldn't recommend them more. The designs are so good and there is something for everyone. But unfortunately I recently purchased a food flask and was disappointed by it. Thinking like all their other products this would be great as well. The food flask does not keep the food hot at all. I have had experience with other food flasks and the food has been piping hot in them, but this one from SHO keeps the just warmish. Thought it was the one time but it happened all the time I took hot food in it. Was so looking forward to this flask but it has not lived upto its expectations. All other products from SHO have been really good! Not this one!!!”
