The product is good, and the price is good. My only complaint is the delivery timescales are misleading. They state the Royal Mail times, not the total time. So, if they don't dispatch it to Royal Mail it right away, it's their dispatch time plus the times they quote. I emailed as the tracking was misleading (it just said Royal Mail were awaiting it for several days), and I had some very ambiguous replies about the delay. I believed my items were going to come in 2-3 working days, it was more like 6-7 working days. It's not a huge problem, and I wouldn't stop using SHO over it, it just feels like mismanagement of expectations and a bit more honesty would have been appreciated. As I say, the product and price are fine, not the best on the market, but the price reflects that and the product is very good for the price
