“Disappointing service this time around. I have been a customer for years now and whilst I don't order often (I don't need to stuff lasts forever) this time I was ordering gifts and was left very disappointed. I ordered 3 items and 2 arrived in used condition. One sports bottle and a Fortis arrived with broken seals on the packaging, and where as the pink sports bottle was sealed and wrapped in tissue paper, neither the teal sports bottle or pink Fortis were. Also due to slow shipping and royal mail strikes, these arrived to late to be given as the gifts they were intended to be, and I had to order similar from Amazon. Just a disappointing experience all round this time.”

“Brought two bottles different sizes and they are great. Have brought two small for Christmas presents. I brought a flask a few months ago and I am disappointed that doesn't keep food warm at all. Have complained waiting to hear back. Would have given more stars”

“Mystery box great! Loved the food flask kept hot chocolate warm for 8 hours in minus 3 temp. Only prob was reliance on Royal Mail delivery as it was over 2 weeks for the order to arrive. I wanted to check quality before ordering more Xmas pressies but now too late.”

“Unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes I have not received my order from 3 weeks ago & I’m not sure I ever will. It’s stuck in a mail centre. Thankfully SHO sent it tracked, so we can see where it got stuck. But I can’t comment on the product as I haven’t got it. I can’t afford to re-order until I’ve received a refund. An email is currently taking several days to reply to as SHO deal with the issues caused by strikes. Not their fault, annoying for all involved.”

“The cup lid is metal so gets very hot when having a hot drink in it. Also the lid doesn't close so isn't leak proof. Keeps drinks warm for a while though which is great!”

“I like some flasks but one the I bought for take my soup and keep warm, really is not in off because the flasks just keep warmer near about 2hours and get could quickly and this winter it is not very nice”

“I bought the first three of my SHO bottles in March this year (2022), to date one was the wrong colour, which was replaced immediately without question and one more has now started to leak from the top. I will now contact SHO regarding this second problem and see what reaction I get. To date SHO have been worthy of 5 stars but the product has not, hence 3.”

“Products are nice. Keeps drinks hot and cold for long time. Nice designs. The only problem is, the clear lid of pacto gets too hot so when you drink with the lid on it burns your lips. Bit dangerous.”
