I bought the first three of my SHO bottles in March this year (2022), to date one was the wrong colour, which was replaced immediately without question and one more has now started to leak from the top. I will now contact SHO regarding this second problem and see what reaction I get. To date SHO have been worthy of 5 stars but the product has not, hence 3.
