It all seemed fairly good though I was uncertain on how to stop quotes coming through once I asked for a quote, without only accepting a quote.

Unfortunately, the only way to stop receiving quotes is either by accepting a quote or deleting the listing. Once you have received a quote, our system assumes that you are still interested in receiving quotes from other couriers until you accept one. The idea is good but I had some issues: - messages were restricted/controlled at the beginning because also typing information like weight and nr.of boxes the system recognised it as telephone number. Asked info to the customer care, sharing the screenshots that I didn't add any personal info but they didn't solve the issue but answered on the ticket that was solved. - payment by sepa has been worked only after a week and in the meantime no communication with the choosen moving company was possible. Also here pushed several times with the customer care, asking to elaborate the payment asap but no real help received.

This is a fantastic service and provided simple shipping when I need it. However, they do not vet all the carriers, and the first service provider scammed me out of $303. Shiply only refunded $50.

I think the site was useful, provided me with the needed contact and service I required, there is a lot of room for improvement on oversight on this site/service. There are a LOT of profile bids that were clearly not from reputable service, the amout of scam profiles was note worthy.

Collection and delivery took ages, arrived damaged. Contact details for courier booked are incorrect and couldn’t speak to company directly. Company was called RedCube but emails came from SK logistics….. from instruction to delivery was living nightmare.

Communication was lacking initially and took over a month to get a pick up. Driver’s barely spoke English. Pick up was 6 hours later than originally planned. Delivery was late.

Easy to use. There are hidden fees that I didn’t like. When I booked the shipping company I paid a down payment that was suppose to go to the shippers nut was later explained went to Shipley.

My impression of Shiply has improved. My prior review was a reflection of my frustration. Shiply has helped me find a reputable shipper and I thank them for that. My only remaining criticisms are: 1) Verification. They tell you how long the shipper has been on the site and how many reviews they have and scores, but there is no other verification to my knowledge. I got fooled by a fraudulent shipper. 2) The customer review process. You can write a favorable review of a shipper right away but you can not write a neutral or bad review until 10 days or so after you have accepted a shipper's bid. Unfortunately, this allows fraudulent shippers more time to scam customers.

It is not obvious that the 1st fee is a SHIPLY only fee. The Broker has its own fee + the driver, charges its fare

Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Anzahlung per Lastschrift. Kommunikation zum Spediteur war somit geblockt. Erst als es verbucht wurde haben wir das Konto zum kommunizieren freigeschaltet bekommen. Ist natürlich schlecht, wenn man einiges im Vorfeld klären muss.

Hallo Vom Auftrag bis zur Abbuchung dauerte viel zu lange ( 15.-22.03.2023 ) In dieser Zeit ist leider keine Absprache mit dem Transporteur möglich ! Die Ware hätte Di. schon auf dem Wege sein können ! Gruß
