“Great shed but service could be better. Instructions difficult to follow and miss some things out. Was confused about block of wood nailed to parts of frame with no reference in instructions. When realising I needed to remove these I also removed some blocks that were required for roof mounting by mistake. Was charged for delivery even though in England even after querying so be careful with that. Knew date of delivery well in advance but didnt get updated on time the day before as promised. Tracked on the app on the day but originally said 8-9 delivery then changed to 12-13 then back to 10-11. Was great for tracking but no use at all to plan the day.”

“There was quite a serious issue with the order that essentially had not been placed with the manufactured resulting in receiving only the paint without the building. Mistakes can happen but it was not straightforward to get it rectified by the customer service team and I had to make a few phone calls including calling the manufacturer myself that confirmed the order had not got there. After that the issue was resolved and rectified. The building itself is ok.”

“Missing hinges for the door. They were not sent and I found out when the builders I had hired to put up the shed were there already. So I had to pay extra to buy hinges quickly in a nearby shop. For that price you’d expect to get everything you paid for. Disappointing”

“Not the best quality, ie chip board for base and roof, side panels very flimsy, if had viewed before purchase, I would have not picked. Instructions mixed up, now easy enough to follow in right order. Would be better with 2 people to initially fix, as I was expecting pre drilled holes for bolts, not just screws. Hope to find right tools and construct tomorrow, can't tighten by hand. Delivery good, and kept up to date with times.”

“Fantastic shop and competitive prices and if your buying with cash or card 5 stars but on finance it’s horrible the company they use is rubbish it keeps freezing out why they don’t use such a shambles of a company when they are good is beyond me”

“Our shed is up and looks ok but I had an expert put it together. The 2 floor sections had not been cut/measured quite correctly to be placed together and create a complete floor. He was able to saw off excess and make them fit. This would not have been helpful to somebody trying to put it up themselves.”

“Power 4x6 bike shed Would have liked to see some evidence of FSC certified wood, and that it is, as advertised, from Scandinavia. Just a few loose nails holding shiplap to frame, but no big deal. About 20% of the long screws are in fact bent: low quality accessories like this do cast a shadow regarding overall quality. And the cross-tops of the screws are badly machined, such that the PZ2 screw bit for which they re designed do not always fit well. I assume 'made in China'. Pity. Decent screws, of the type that make their own pilot hole, would have been preferred for this otherwise reasonable quality product. Supply decent screws and charge a £5 more would be the logic. And the 3mm drill bit supplied lasted ... for just 2 gives, then it snapped. Again, poor quality. It's these little things which disappoint and irritate. One piece of the base was warped and this should have been seen in quality control. There was quality control, I presume? Overall, clearly better than the cheaper basic versions of bike sheds on the market, but well, could do better!”

“I've given 3 stars - just. My shed is being erected by professionals, and I actually can't use their words to describe the shed online, probably the best is 'you get what you pay for', meaning, that if you want a shed to last a decent number of years.....spend more money. (Also the delivery driver was not careful when he delivered the shed, and basically 'chucked it' off the lorry.)”

“Overall the shed looks solid and the shiplap is quite thick and the delivery was painless. However, the floor as delivered is OSB sheet whereas the website said it was "constructed from tongue and groove timber boards". This is a material and unacceptable difference - OSB will degrade over time whereas T&G will last for years”
