There was quite a serious issue with the order that essentially had not been placed with the manufactured resulting in receiving only the paint without the building. Mistakes can happen but it was not straightforward to get it rectified by the customer service team and I had to make a few phone calls including calling the manufacturer myself that confirmed the order had not got there. After that the issue was resolved and rectified. The building itself is ok.
