“The ordering process was good and initial communication went well. I was happy with the delivery time but then when the shed was delivered I was advised there was no felt for the roof. The delivery men told me they would report it to get it ordered. I had to chase it up twice and over a week later it still hasn’t arrived but should be delivered today. Very disappointing firstly that the shed was dispatched with no roof, I had to chase it up and then how long it took to be delivered. I haven’t been able to build the shed yet so can’t comment on that but poor customer service.”

“A big problem when fitting the door hinges was where the doors/batons are nailed together, thesr also align with the hinge screws fittings so cant use all hinge fittings. There is a very big gap on the side panels due to warping that isnt noted until assembly and by this time, I had painted shed wood preserve on the shed. By adding some additional wood trims, the doors now do not allow water ingress. Overall the shed wood quality is not as advertised and not the best value in hindsight”

“The glasshouse is great quality. The customer service is horrendous. Numerous emails about missing parts . No response. Rang numerous times. Once told it would be passed to a manager who would get in touch with me. Nothing. Rang again the next day to be told the parts would be with me next week. No parts arrived, no phone call from manager. Rang again THREE WEEKS after glasshouse was delivered and THREE WEEKS after I first raised the issue I get told the parts are out of stock and would be back in on 18th. Parts actually arrived on 16th the day after my last call to them. If they had told me that on my first email or phone call I would have been satisfied. But expected time frame after expected time frame, no response and a rather blunt customer service person I will think deeply about ordering from these again and I have had a few purchases from them.”

“Good communication by email, txt and phone by delivery drivers, although very disappointed with quality of product. Timbers were warped which made assembly difficult. Nails protruding everywhere! Ended up spending a whole day putting together and needed two people. Definitely would not recommend.”

“Shed was delivered in 2 days which was great, but no communication about delivery, I had to send an email to ask when it was going to be delivered as I didn’t want to wait in if it wasn’t being delivered on second day. (I haven’t unpacked shed as yet so can’t comment on it)”

“The website offered a lot of choice and was easy to deal with. The order went well until handed to the courier (UPN). Communication from the courier was not existent with the result of the delivery being made when no one was at home. Even though there was plenty of space on the drive (even skip lorries can deliver) they thought it was fine to leave the pallet in the road and not on the drive!”

“Simple and easy to use. Select your shed dimensions and click on the choices you are offered. As a 6ft 6 in tall man I would have liked datas on the height of the doopr, but then one cant ask for everything. Sadly, the additional waterproofing that was offered at extra cost turned out to be a tin of paint for me to use! Also the instructions seem to be a sungle sheet of paper that was too wet to read becuase it rained!”

“OK to deal with but had to contact them for delivery date confirmation. When shed arrived the pallet it was packed on was very unstable with bits falling off it. The delivery driver did a good job getting it off the lorry.”

“Hello. I ordered a "next day delivered" shed. On the second day after no notification or delivery I telephoned customer services for more information and was asked to telephone the delivery company to ascertain when and where my shed might be. The delivery company said the orders come through "automatically" but for my postcode there was only an order for a key which had been dispatched by post. However, when I suggested I might need a shed for the key, he said he would look into the order and get back to me. I have now received an email to say my shed will be delivered next week. So, awaiting delivery and the very easy website needs following up if you do not receive confirmation of manufacture and delivery.”

“An ok experience overall. The delivery service and customer care pior to purchasing was good. However, when the shed arrived it had ot be modified as the two end panels were both so warped that the roof wouldn't fit on.”

“Very quick delivery. Luckily I was in on day, but didn't get any updates from courier for set delivery date. All packaged well and delivered OK. The screws keeping the wood together on delivery is unbelievable tight, so be advised to get some good hand tools to help take it apart. I did get 1 of the parts delivered wrong which was frustrating. The top section of the sides, where the roof sits, should be different for each side, but I got sent the right side part twice. Luckily I was sent extra slacks and power tools so was able to create a new part. But otherwise I would of had to stop and wait for new part to come and potentially left with half built shed. Quality seems good, all went together easily and does seem solid.”

“I bought a £700 shed I was not contacted to book in a delivery I had to contact the company . The shed quality is not great a few split parts and the main beam that supports the roof was well to short so I had to go out and buy a bit the right size”

“Overall I was pleased with the shed. Once fully assembled it is sturdy and I think will last a long time. There were several minor issues that I encountered when building and with the finished product though that meant I could not give more than 3 stars. Multiple poorly cut edges, very splintered and required tidying up. Lots of gaps in the panels that required sealing to ensure the shed is watertight once built. Door hinges partly corroded on delivery. The base was around 1” to short meaning I had to pack out the base using some of the excess would.”

“Shed itself is well constructed. However delivery was missing parts and had parts from different shed. Courier provides no information on delivery slot and arrived saying "lucky you were in else we would have charged you" somewhat unfair when no delivery timeline provided. Customer Service very short with words/explain on emails. Good product but let down by poor execution”
