The website offered a lot of choice and was easy to deal with. The order went well until handed to the courier (UPN). Communication from the courier was not existent with the result of the delivery being made when no one was at home. Even though there was plenty of space on the drive (even skip lorries can deliver) they thought it was fine to leave the pallet in the road and not on the drive!
