“THe order process was simple and acknowledged within 24 hours with a delivery date. shortly after I was called to see if I could accept an earlier delivery. I was kept updated on the time slot and the delivery happened as advised with the driver being extremely polite and helpful. I would have no hesitation in ordering again.”

“The website offered a lot of choice and was easy to deal with. The order went well until handed to the courier (UPN). Communication from the courier was not existent with the result of the delivery being made when no one was at home. Even though there was plenty of space on the drive (even skip lorries can deliver) they thought it was fine to leave the pallet in the road and not on the drive!”

“Simple and easy to use. Select your shed dimensions and click on the choices you are offered. As a 6ft 6 in tall man I would have liked datas on the height of the doopr, but then one cant ask for everything. Sadly, the additional waterproofing that was offered at extra cost turned out to be a tin of paint for me to use! Also the instructions seem to be a sungle sheet of paper that was too wet to read becuase it rained!”

“OK to deal with but had to contact them for delivery date confirmation. When shed arrived the pallet it was packed on was very unstable with bits falling off it. The delivery driver did a good job getting it off the lorry.”

“Great service and great shed, only slight quibble is that the shiplap on the two front panels does not line up, (see photo) which I'm sure could have been made to. But the shed was halfway up before we noticed and we were not going to take it down again by then.”

“Bought a Mercia summerhouse. Arrived today exactly as promised, driver Neil was very courteous and only too happy to help. All the pieces in excellent condition, looking forward to assembling it. Cannot fault the service or delivery. Was kept informed until the moment it arrived.”
