This is absolutely fraud company. Please stay away. They will charge you first a good price then ring you again for additional service which they will not do. They charge brake fluid change £159 when actually is done for just £46. Every thing they charge for full service they will charge again as additional work. The worst is this guys are not mechanics they will look for a mechanic company near your location and pay them peanuts and charge u lots. So why use them when u can go to the garage yourself.

I recently had an appalling experience with Servicing Stop. Here's what happened: Negligent Service: After servicing, the car was returned with a new error on the dashboard, which wasn’t there before. Overcharging for Incomplete Work: Despite being charged substantial amounts, a thorough check revealed no significant repairs were made. MOT Failure Due to Oversights: The car failed its MOT because of a rear control arm and a front drop link—issues that were clearly visible and should have been addressed during the service. This negligence put my life and the lives of other road users at significant risk. Unnecessary Travel: The car was taken to the center of Birmingham city center twice instead of the nearest garage, wasting diesel and time. Poor Customer Service: Despite raising these issues, all I received were automated replies stating the matter would be escalated, but no real response or resolution after more than seven days. I have demanded a full refund and threatened legal action, but the lack of response is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding Servicing Stop for any car services. Their negligence and poor customer service are dangerous and costly.

The worst service ever I have been scammed They quoted me £1200 to do essential work on my car for the service to pass I had to pay £202 to get my car back after refusing to pay for any extra work, they told me £202 was for an oil change and filter change that had already been completed however took my car to another garage who confirmed NO work had took place and I have paid them £202 for nothing!!! Good job I didn’t pay the £1200 they were pushing for me to pay!! Fumin Please do not get scammed by this company go else where!!

If only I had read the reviews beforehand, usual car needs, special oil, full brake fluid flush, new cambelt, I said the cambelt was replaced 6 months ago!! Apparently it will affect service history with peugeot if I didn't have the brakes flushed bearing in mind it's a 10 year old car. Told them to bring it back and provide an invoice considering I had paid beforehand. DO NOT USE !! Google reviews are false

AVOID None of the work was done by the garage though the tick list had all boxes ticked for my full service. Bullying tactics on the phone. I had to prove that nothing had been done. Luckily the reputable garage that I used for a second opinion took lot's of photos of the dirty filters etc. Also the oil that had been topped up with far too much oil. Had to have another service. Even the breaks needed doing which I presumed were safe. I managed to get a refund even for the special oil that I did not need.I only gave one star because I had to to leave this review.

Firstly I had a call while they had the car trying to convince me into changing parts that didn't need changing, then you have to pay AND leave a good review before they will give you your car back. Beware , total rip off

I have become very worried and physically ill because Servicing Stop (SS) charged me £22287.50 for works to be carried out on my car. The repairs are more than what my car is worth (Toyota Yaris 2005 model). I was so stupid to sign up to them but I felt intimidated and forced into their agreement as my MOT and service had expired (for the first time in my life). I recently have lost my mother, which I explained to them and I needed more time to think about it but I was harassed by Dean all morning on Wednesday last week who spoke extremely fast so I struggled writing down all the costs and he wouldn't repeat the costs either. I felt I was forced into an agreement with SS to carry out the works as they already had my car. I agreed to meet Dean at the garage on Friday so he could explain to me what the repairs were and I kept texting him to return my calls, which he never did. Dean was not at the garage. and when I picked up my car on Friday last week I noticed the handbrake was not working so I had to stay around for 3hrs for them to fix it and my car was still not roadworthy to drive due to damage from the engine that they had caused and I found later damage to my handbrake casing. I called Trading Standards (TS) and they advised me that they (SS) have to repair the car. Regarding any refund TS advised me that it is down to Servicing Stop to see if they will give me some refund. My car is still in for repairs (7 days without it and I use it for work) and I am very concerned that they won't give me a refund as I've not heard from them regarding the expensive costs. I have tried contacting SS today and no one is answering my calls. My advise from this terrible experience is don't make any decisions if you are going through a bereavement, even if you are a like myself, living on their own without no support network in London and don't use Servicing Stop.

My car was picked up on Friday. I was told it would be delivered between 4 and 6pm later on. I couldn’t get through to anyone on Friday so they kept my car. I thought it might have even been stolen. I had already paid £150 for mot and service. The bill has now come to £587. There was a problem with my door opening which cost £200 for the diagnostics and another £200 for door repairs even though I didn’t need any new parts. £400 altogether to fix a car door. They are absolute scammers. I had to pay otherwise they said they’d keep my car. They’ve kept it for a whole week now. I’m a single mum and they should be ashamed of themselves. Do not use.

Stay well clear. I am a Garage owner that has worked with Servicing stop for a limited period. Their price that they pass onto customers are vastly over priced. They inform customers for parts that are not required. They are very difficult to get hold of on the phone. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM>

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They scam you into paying triple the amount for the extra services than the actual market cost. Most garages were shocked when I mentioned to them how much i paid for the work. The collection went well but that’s all. Once i heard back from servicing stop everything was down hill from there. They told me that if i didn’t carry out the extra work from them, they would not release the full service report and would not put it through the system. It doesn’t stop there, then I was given a cost of £745 for the work that would cost around £350 max. Do not get trapped into using their services AVOID At ALL COST! I will make sure my friends and family are also aware.

Book at your own risk, they charge unreasonable money for a service with no paper work or evidence to show work has been done. It appears they do not have point of contact except for an email which is responded after a long period of time. It is better to call the garage doing the work than calling this company.

Do not use this Company. Paid up front for service and MOT. Picked car up 8.40 on Thursday morning. Was told my car would be returned between 4-6pm same day. Car was not returned. Couldn't get through so called garage direct.. they were angry with me..said they hadn't worked on my car because I hadn't answered my phone.. NOBODY had called me. So I sent emails to servicing stop but nobody called or emailed me the next day to apologise or tell me what was happening. My children couldn't go to school.. I didn't get to vote on Thursday.. I had to take 2 days off work.. I couldn't get to stables to feed horses we look after. Literally no communication or apology. To make it worse the car was delivered back on Friday at 5pm.. no apology... but I noticed only the MOT was carried out not the service which I paid for. I can't get hold of a human to get my money back. Absolutely disgusted. Most incompetent robbing company I've ever come across

Told me my car will be picked up monday between 08.00-10.00am only to just call me and tell there is only one place that can pick my car up, but it will have to be the 17th? What's all that about? Why tell me something different from the beginning when asking for payment? I did pay. But now I have to wait for a refund. NOT at all impressed.

DO NOT USE!!! They do not even deserve a star! Did not return my car same day, zero communication, i constantly had to chase. Rang at 5pm on day of service to find out where my car was..... Garage was closed!! No call to let me know. After chasing the following day they said 12pm, no car, 2pm.... No car, promised it then for 4pm...... No car...... Then told 7.30pm...... Arrived at 8.30pm. 26.5hrs later than they promise. Managers Jason and Michael didn't even call me after i complained despite being told multiple times that they would. Due to car not being returned we lost out on a day's work and pay. They asked me if i could pick up my own car..... To do 50% of the job that they charge for, when they were giving me yet more excuses as to why they couldn't return my car. They offered me £20 for the inconvenience. They didn't care. Absolutely disgusted!!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Utter rip off pricing set by servicing stop and all contact is made by their customer service not the garage. Showed my invoice to a local garage and they said it should’ve been almost half and questioned some of the work as not necessary. Do yourself and wallet a favour and book direct with a local garage. Can’t even get servicing stop on the phone, only email or chatbot

I recently used this car service and had an absolutely horrendous experience. They made up false repairs just to inflate their quotes and rip me off. Despite not authorizing any repairs, they went ahead and did unnecessary work on my car. When I confronted them, they refused to release my vehicle until I paid for the repairs I never agreed to. Their unethical practices and blatant disregard for customer consent are appalling. They are clearly more interested in scamming customers than providing honest and reliable service. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!

Absolute thieving b**tards. Usual story, took my car away, phone call later on to it needed loads of work. I agreed only to have the brake fluid changed. He said it needed low ash oil, pollen filter etc. etc. etc. I am presuming that because I refused to pay for all the extras a screw driver was stock through the oil filter. This has now destroyed my driveway and almost caused be to break down on the M6. Avoid these thieves at all costs.

Even if you lost money, don’t go down without a fight. I was naive for thinking it wasn’t possible to recover my money from a greedy broker but everything turned out to be legit after I came across a review here testifying about Alex cryptoFX at writeme dt cm, I’m glad and I really appreciate ALEX for life, BRAVO!!!!!

I wish I had visited this website before booking my service. The reviews speak for thmselves. I have since discovered that this company has widely been reported for it's bad practices. The question I ask is why is it still being allowed to trade ? Who regulates this ? Why are the regulaters not doing their job ?

Collect your car but then make up recommendations (not from the garage doing the work) and charge about 3x what another would for the work. Total scam artists
