This is a very poor company and should on no account even be considered, from my experience they have done nothing in regards thier own protocols and procedures, nothing was done to resolve both poor service and costs of work. They are full of excuses none of which are relevant. As example the cost of additional works are charged at main dealer prices ( my vehicle was worked on by a far from main dealers expertise). You would be foolish to use this company

Avoid this company at all costs! They engage in deceptive practices, promising full car services while never actually performing the work. They'll call and fabricate issues like black brake fluid and a need for extra services, but none of it is real. They gladly take your money and rudely hang up when you request a refund. Their lack of remorse is evident. Stay away!

Absolutel SCAM and joke of a compnay. Prepaid full amount for servicing. Was quoted pick up time 9-10 am . No show, tried to contact - quoted will come Collect by 11:30. No show again!! Been trying to reach the company - they aren’t responding anymore.

SCAM!!! They did service and MOT and then said they needed to change brake fluid, extra £130. When I asked them to explain again why this needed doing, the man on the phone became rude and aggressive, saying he could set up a monthly payment plan, belittling me saying "are you telling me you can't afford £25 today?" I told them to just bring my car back and did not authorise any extra work. When the car was returned I asked the mechanic about the brake fluid and he said it's not necessary to do it!!! My logbook and owners manual were missing from the car so they are thieves as well as rude. I have reported to police and I would suggest anyone else who has had the misfortune to deal with this awful company do the same thing if they find their log book missing. I also suggest you refuse any extra work being done as I am fairly sure a trusted garage will do the work for much less, if it's actually necessary.

Pick up and returns best part of my experience. Do not use this company will not tell you what work is advisory until you get the bill false claims on what is required,will triple the bill for a basic service.

Absolutely dreadful! Avoid at all costs. Paid money upfront for service and MOT. Was then told that work that needed to be done would cost £800!!!! Asked what needed to get the car through the mot and was told that the front brake pads and weirdly a change of oil, were quoted at the cost of £320. Absolutely did not want it done. The operator was rude, and very pushy. Was told that they wouldn’t return the car, and that I couldn’t get the car released until they agreed it. Would not touch again, and if I was a garage owner, I would not be connected with them in any way! Avoid!!

Good afternoon. First as it is not first time that a had a problem with service stop,I thought right Let's book service because it is cheaper compared with others. I booked through to the website.veey quick done My intention was because half term and having one car just getting done today Friday before school start again They supposed to come and pick up my car Friday morning between 8 am and 10 am. What happened the driver didn't turn up so I panicked and start ringing him non stop but not any luck As I'm having a disabled son with Epilepsy have to get an attention 24 hr so I booked day of from my work It turned disaster,they were saying that could not get through my phone.Rubbish . They did not text me or to email me to say what is happening and I will ring straight away the garage.I gad a massive argument with my wife for what happened and it ruined my family weekend half term After 6 hrs someone rang my with fake apology for what happened and I said to him why he want me to book next week which is not possible and also they don't do weekends. That's why I did wanted for Today Friday as specific day I will never go back to these people as they do not have a duty care, basically they treat me like inhumane.That is my conclusion after what happened. So this bad review for 0 Customer service hopefully help others as well.

Absolutely terrible service if your car fails the MOT. Received a call listing every little defect that apparently needed fixing. This was almost £1000 and felt extremely pressured into paying this there and then. In the end it was only the two front tyres it had failed on. Eventually got the price down to £318 with the special oil needed? Anyway I didn’t proceed as he tried again putting the price over £400 so I could pay in instalments and then I failed the credit check luckily. Went and got my car from the garage and have been quoted £106 for both tyres replacing with new. I will never use servicing stop again.

The customer service is terrible, rude operatives. Had a call listing hundreds of pounds worth of extra work that apparently was essential and felt pressured into agreeing. I asked for some details in writing at least which took 4hrs and 5 calls to get. No paperwork sent to me aftr the work was complete. Would not recommend. The local garage that did the work seemed nice enough.

Booked my car for a service, paid upfront as requested 2 days before due to collect they left a voicemail saying there was no local garage to service my car, they didn't leave a contact number I requested a refund still waiting 2 weeks on from them taking my money, only contact is through emails absolutely would not recommend

Initially great quotation, however I received a phone call saying I needed a specialist oil and I would need to pay an extra £25 + Vat, it’s a diesel Astra ??? A special longlfe oil, which will need changing in another 12 months!! In my opinion avoid at all costs, they suck you in with a great price then rip you off, SERVICESTOP as seen on Dragons Den ! Joke.

Absolutely terrible, car was not touched, even went to garage and he confirmed he was only instructed by servicing stop to change filter and oil. I got full report saying service was complete and book been stamped. They then had the audacity to advise that brake fluid needs changed, engine flush and aux drive belt was perished and quoted me £791. The car doesn't even have an aux drive belt as it's a Hybrid. I tool to a reputable garage who confirmed that no work was done, tyres not removed, filters not changed, none of the caps had been removed to check fluids as there was still cobwebs on the caps. I will be seeking full refund and reporting to trading standards. Stay away they are a joke

Booked in for MOT & FULL service . Car was picked up in the morning . No info given about the garage or any telephone contact number . Received a call mid afternoon from one of the team members named CHRIS . He told me that it had failed the MOT because one of the wipers wasn’t clearing enough and I also had to pay extra for special oil change for the service . He said the wipers will be £55.99 + VAT & the oil will be £29.99 + VAT . When I queried the costs , he became rude & disrespectful and told me that they won’t do any work & bring it back with the failed MOT & without oil change and put the phone down on me while I was still speaking to him … Basically you can’t call anyone on the phone as the telephone number that’s provided isn’t answered & emails gets answered between 2&3 days !!! Eventually I managed to get a number from the garage and called the company. It took a long time before someone answered & told me that the’ll get CHRIS to call me back but never did . Eventually called back & asked if I could speak to a senior management personnel. Luckily the person managed to put me through to someone called JASON who managed to arrange with the garage to get the ? works sorted … My car was delivered the next morning with only a pass MOT certificate & no details of the service … I am not sure if the car was even checked and the necessary checks done or oil changed as discussed with JASON . When I booked on line I was given a discounted price of £157.74 for MOT & FULL SERVICE . I have ended up paying £79.80 for the wipers !!! There is no reports of any works or checks made on my car apart from the wiper blades !!! I have ended up paying £237.54 for an MOT and there are no details of any service done !!! This company is a SCAM & needs to be checked out by trading standards . PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS .. I wished I had done before booking . When I found out it too late . PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS . ITS A DISGUSTING SCAM !!! They need to be reported to TRADING STANDARDS !!!

Was charged over £1700. Tue bolt replacement was £440 odd alone. Front suspension springs £450 odd. Anti roll stabiliser over £350. Took my car for two days and never told me it wasn’t coming back on the same day it was meant to.
