Booked in for MOT & FULL service . Car was picked up in the morning . No info given about the garage or any telephone contact number . Received a call mid afternoon from one of the team members named CHRIS . He told me that it had failed the MOT because one of the wipers wasn’t clearing enough and I also had to pay extra for special oil change for the service . He said the wipers will be £55.99 + VAT & the oil will be £29.99 + VAT . When I queried the costs , he became rude & disrespectful and told me that they won’t do any work & bring it back with the failed MOT & without oil change and put the phone down on me while I was still speaking to him … Basically you can’t call anyone on the phone as the telephone number that’s provided isn’t answered & emails gets answered between 2&3 days !!! Eventually I managed to get a number from the garage and called the company. It took a long time before someone answered & told me that the’ll get CHRIS to call me back but never did . Eventually called back & asked if I could speak to a senior management personnel. Luckily the person managed to put me through to someone called JASON who managed to arrange with the garage to get the ? works sorted … My car was delivered the next morning with only a pass MOT certificate & no details of the service … I am not sure if the car was even checked and the necessary checks done or oil changed as discussed with JASON . When I booked on line I was given a discounted price of £157.74 for MOT & FULL SERVICE . I have ended up paying £79.80 for the wipers !!! There is no reports of any works or checks made on my car apart from the wiper blades !!! I have ended up paying £237.54 for an MOT and there are no details of any service done !!! This company is a SCAM & needs to be checked out by trading standards . PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS .. I wished I had done before booking . When I found out it too late . PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS . ITS A DISGUSTING SCAM !!! They need to be reported to TRADING STANDARDS !!!

Was charged over £1700. Tue bolt replacement was £440 odd alone. Front suspension springs £450 odd. Anti roll stabiliser over £350. Took my car for two days and never told me it wasn’t coming back on the same day it was meant to.

Absolute scam, they took the car for full service, they didn't touch the car, didn't open or check fluids, replace filters or even take off the wheels. They then advised me to change brake fluid, flush engine and replace aux drive belt for £791. Never mind the rediculas price my car is hybrid and doesn't even have a aux drive belt. I went to the garage who carried out the work who advised me that service stop had only booked them to replace oil and filter. Absolute scam, I will now pursue to claim back my money including the so called specialized oil. Stay away, will report to trading standards and post review on every site I can find

Do Not Use Pre paid for service and mot on 30th August for 13th Oct got a message on 2nd Oct to say the date wasn't available and had to change it to 16th Oct. Car collected at 11am after an hour on their chat page, at 4 I chased up my car as the garage wasn't even in my town and it closed at 5 and was told someone from the service department would call, I got a call about 40mins later telling me I need specialist oil......I told the guy......I drive a Toyota Aygo!! No way would it need special oil he then started to rattle off other stuff I just said NO...he said my car would be back between 4 and 6pm it's 7.15pm and no sign of my car I've phoned the garage seems the phone calls divert to the owners house he said he will check if the car is coming back and call me back....... he hasn't, if it isn't back by 9am I'm calling the police

Don't use this company I paid up front for mot and service.car passed mot no problems. They phoned to tell me it passed but needed oil flush etc and extra £175 told them didn't want it down but keeped my car until I payed.i phoned garage they told me the car had been ready for return at 12am they told me it didn't need extra work etc .phoned servicing stop threatening to phone police they then said I needed to pay £25 for oil I then told them this was included in original price he grunted said he released my car and hung up I then phoned garage and they returned my car.please don't use thier trying to rip you off big time.

They kept my car overnight as I didn't want extra work done and it just went for service and mot! The quote was amazingly high for the extra work AFTER it had already passed! So the Reading garage stopped answering, trespassed late at night to take their car back that they left and kept the car ransom. I said no 1 minute after seeing the bill and he told me that they wouldn't do the work until I had paid. Spoke to their live chat and told them immediately to not go ahead with the work. Then I got no contact at all and no one answered or turned up with my car. FORCED to pay the bill the next day as apparently had already done extra stuff!!!!! Total rip-off and don't use if they take to the unit in Reading! To make matter worse the driver who dropped the car back was extremely RUDE. Total con!

This company has stolen my car.. I had a service and mot with no feedback until 4pm. I advised I couldn’t leave my car as it’s needed for work in the morning and the advisor slammed the phone down. I was then unable to contact the garage Every Auto Ltd and have reported the car stolen to the police. Also I paid upfront on booking so no reason for holding my car.

Do NOT use this company. They emailed me saying they would collect my car between 8 and 10am the following day and they didn’t turn up. Poor service and now I have had to rebook it with another garage as my MOT has ran out and can’t drive my car. Terrible I do not know how they are still trading.

Please DO NOT USE THESE CHARLATANS!!! They wanted to charge me £1300 and £600 for a seal !! He said its because you have DPF, I said NO I DONT, he said yes ya do, backband forth it went, then he hung up on me. Not a clue what they are talking about, NOT the garage fault !! I'm no trying g to get a refund from the clowns. Avoid at all costs !!

Said they would pick my car up Friday as my MOT was up the next day, then they phoned after I paid that they couldnt do it till Monday, then I had a phonecall telling me I had to have brake pads at the front, 2 new tyres for a small car £300 then oil change and they put oil surcharge £30, brake fuel £144, REMOVE & REFIT: FRONT PADS £267.58, REMOVE & REFIT FRONT TYRES £301.78 for a Suzuki Alto ?? LIFETIME FUEL TREATMENT £133 total after already paying separately for MOT and service £900 and I was told they wouldnt give me my car back as it was illegal so I had to pay when I treued to view the report, it came up blank until I paid then it came up the next day and there I saw they actually said a lot of the things were advisory yet they told me it was all needed to pas MOT RIP OF MERCHANTS

Atrocious and overpriced. They do not answer phone calls and when they do they put you on hold then hang up. They might offer competitive price to get your order in but make up the difference by overcharging you, then try to push “we use premium parts” excuse on you. Local garage offered to do the job for less than half of the price. Will not use again, Stay away!

Car picked up on time Short time later received a defects notice and a photo call to say I need to pay £1065 to put the car right. When I refused to agree I was told I had to pay £24.99plus Vat for special oil used without agreeing with anyone before they would release my car. I told them I am 78 and disabled but the chap said he wasn't interested

I wish I'd read these reviews before booking this, every one of them is ringing the same experience. Basically if you want them to take your car, find [non existent] fault and make things up regarding oil etc, then charge an extortionate amount over the odds and actual cost while holding your car hostage in the process then this is the company for you..... Personally lesson learned and NEVER again!!

Disgusting service. I booked and paid for a full service in advance. They collected my car then rang me a couple of hours later telling me I owed them another £330 to replace the air filter, add ‘premium oil’ and for a ‘lifetime engine flush’ what even is that? I was held hostage to agree, I said I couldn’t afford it and the man on the phone send me a payment monthly plan, he then said ‘I’ll wait on the line until it’s signed’ after I signed i rang my brother, a mechanic in the army. He told me to cancel the work as it was way over priced, I rang them to cancel and they said the work was done IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! I’ve complained to servicing stop, they told me to get a cheaper quote from a dealership, then they’d match it… I got a cheaper quote from Vauxhall, now they won’t match it! I’ve contacted trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS £537.36 for a full service of a Vauxhall grandland X.

Booked a vehicle for service and MOT. The collection and return went well. SS called me with a few issues, one of which was a split driveshaft boot and offered to replace it for nearly £300 - I declined. They refused to break down the cost other than to tell me the boot was £45 - I then,unnecessarily, bought one for £10.49. Subsequently found the boot was fine - it was the clip that had broken - a £1.20 part. My issue is that I was not told the truth and had a blatant attempt to to overcharge for unnecessary work. Last time they get my vehicles to work on.

I booked a service and MOT at what looked to be an amazing price. That’s where it ended…. I leave my appointment until the last minute as I don’t want to change the date of the MOT by too much. I booked on 02/08 ahead of its due date on 21/08. Paid the money upfront as there was an enticing offer and thought it was all sorted. 16/08 Two days prior to the appointment I received an email thanking me for booking the appointment with a different date. This date was after my MOT had expired and I would be on holiday. I contacted them by email which was replied to straight away that the original booking was no longer available and would I like to re-book it after my holiday? Given that I needed a car to get to work and for my holiday this was not possible as it’s illegal to drive a car without an MOT. They knew that the MOT would expire, they knew I had paid in advance. I asked to cancel, which they without hesitation did but the refund was not easy. I explained to the woman that I had given them my money so how was I going to pay for a new booking? She said that it took 7-14 working days to refund but she would ask that it was prioritised. 22/08 6 days later I receive an email from the accounts team to say that the refund was being processed and would take 5-7 days to reach my account. 26/08 I received my refund. 24 days they had use of my money. Given that banking is now instant and they received my money on booking, it should have been returned immediately on cancellation. Looking at other reviews, people have been conned into paying extortionate prices for unnecessary repairs so I guess I escaped that, but still they had use of my money far too long. I won’t be making another booking with them. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Used service stop because they were going to collect my car… from where I was working (half an hour from home) and deliver back same day by 5pm… got to 5pm no car, phoned and phoned no answer place closed… left me stranded in the middle of nowhere until 8pm when I managed to get a lift off a friend. Held me hostage because it had failed MOT, had to have work done to get car back, over priced - £60 for light realignment and said I needed specialised oil, finally got the car back the next day but had to get a taxi to my job that I was working on, overall scammed, the guy was rude and cocky, I was upset about the treatment, never experienced anything like it… NEVER AGAIN!!
