First as it is not first time that a had a problem with service stop,I thought right
Let's book service because it is cheaper compared with others.
I booked through to the website.veey quick done
My intention was because half term and having one car just getting done today Friday before school start again
They supposed to come and pick up my car Friday morning between 8 am and 10 am.
What happened the driver didn't turn up so I panicked and start ringing him non stop but not any luck
As I'm having a disabled son with Epilepsy have to get an attention 24 hr so I booked day of from my work
It turned disaster,they were saying that could not get through my phone.Rubbish .
They did not text me or to email me to say what is happening and I will ring straight away the garage.I gad a massive argument with my wife for what happened and it ruined my family weekend half term
After 6 hrs someone rang my with fake apology for what happened and I said to him why he want me to book next week which is not possible and also they don't do weekends.
That's why I did wanted for Today Friday as specific day
I will never go back to these people as they do not have a duty care, basically they treat me like inhumane.That is my conclusion after what happened.
So this bad review for 0 Customer service hopefully help others as well.
