“The letter was amazing, very special. However it asks for "your details" and somehow even though the letter itself was correct and addressed to my kids, the "nice list" certificate had my name on? Also the activity pack is absolutely garbage, just a couple bits of paper with a snowman to colour in- definitely not worth buying that as extra.”

“Haven't opened the letter yet HOWEVER, sending it in an envelope that states FROM THE NORTH POLE...when addressed to the PARENT, isn't exactly helpful!”

“Card was lovely but arrived a day after my granddaughters birthday, which she was upset about, as thought Santa would have sent it to be received on her birthday. Last year the card did not arrive and you had to send a second one.”

“Took over 2 weeks for letter to arrive despite being told delivery date at time of purchase. Got offered an email copy just incase original didn't arrive in time for Christmas . That was a joke. Very unlikely I will use again . Not best service from them”

“Getting very expensive for what you actually receive. The add on extras to the letter are very pricey in particular. Unfortunately this has made me decide not to use this company again.”

“Although the letter and certificate was lovely I also paid for a text message from santa which should have arrived on Christmas day but didn't. I'm gutted it may have been a only a little bit of money extra but that's not the point. Very disappointed. I have emailed the company however only have an automated response so far”

“We didn't receive a text message. And yes phone number was same as last year. Letters arrived on time and kids loved it. Using this service for a few years and never had problems except this year, very not happy.”

“I still haven't received our letter that I ordered, that's maybe down to Royal Mail. I couldn't print off the letter as I changed the letter design, but the design didn't update to the new design on my emails. I didn't want to print one design off and give it to our daughter then receive another design in the post. We received our text message from the North Pole on Christmas day.”

“When we received our letters to write to Santa with the activity pack, it was perfect. The kids loved it, but when we received the letter back from Santa we didn’t receive on the nice list certificate with the letter which we’ve always received in past years. I’ve done Santa letter direct direct for years, but this year we didn’t receive the nicely certificates which I thought was very disappointing and it was really disappointing to my boys !”
