When we received our letters to write to Santa with the activity pack, it was perfect. The kids loved it, but when we received the letter back from Santa we didn’t receive on the nice list certificate with the letter which we’ve always received in past years. I’ve done Santa letter direct direct for years, but this year we didn’t receive the nicely certificates which I thought was very disappointing and it was really disappointing to my boys !
