“On all other occasions I could not fault the service and quality of Rohan. However this time you sent one boot instead of the pair of boots ordered. I realise this was an isolated lapse but perhaps you could put into place a system where, for example, any footwear item used for display is returned to the appropriate box.”

“I have been buying Rohan clothing probably for the last 35 years It is always lived up to its name for quality. it does exactly what they claim to do keep you warm and keep you dry I've always had an issue with the colours or the lack of colour. I like things bright so people can see me This year I've bought three pieces of clothing all to do with the colour which is Tarn Blue two pieces and one black outside and green inside I've still got Rohan clothing from 30 years ago”

“Rohan produces quality clothing, which lasts for many years. The reason I buy from this company is that I have items that I purchased twenty years ago and they are still usable. Somehow they manage to style in a way that does not look dated. Equally importantly, the product lives up to the description of its capabilities.”

“I love the product, excellent quality and nice to wear. Re delivery from DPD when I received an email confirming date and time of delivery, 31 December at 1.30 ish, I indicated a place to leave the parcel as I would not be in. Receipt of this instruction was confirmed by email. When I got home I checked and my parcel had not been left in the designated place but taken away. I had an email to say it would be left at a drop off shop on Tuesday 4 January. I did collect this ok but I was disappointed that my instruction to leave the parcel in a designated place was ignored.”

“Who can fault Rohan ? Their delivery was so much speedier than promised and they allow customers to return goods to the shop if they need to return them. Rohan clothes are well made and long lasting. Most of my walking gear is from Rohan. I wish they did running gear too.”

“I purchased the Dry Frontier trousers following a recommendation by a friend. The quality seems very good although I've yet to put them through their paces. However, having purchased these in the sale I was very disappointed to find the same product 2 weeks later discounted a further 20%. As a consequence, I'll be very wary of making future purchases in the Rohan sale.”

“Been buying their kit for decades. Generally recommended, but perhaps too many products that change the range too frequently. Sizing can be 'iffy' at times but generally good. Pls bring back pop studs on some tropical shirts!!”

“Provided excellent service in-store and online. When visiting the Southport store male member of staff was very helpful. The store did not have a medium in stock so arranged for one to be delivered to my home address free of charge. When purchased items online everything was delivered smoothly and on time.”

“I have purchased Rohan for over 20 years. I bought my first pair of bags from the Long Preston shop and still use them. The quality of the clothing is excellent. The sizes are spot on. All I buy is Rohan.”
