The clothes are great and usually of high quality. Ordering and delivery is efficient and problems are promptly dealt with.
I would have given five stars but
1. My partner is tall and often very nice tops are often too short in arms and body 2. Gift cards and catalogues are not consistent. Sometimes I get them. Sometimes my daughter does. We don’t live together!
