“The flowers were nice but having specifically added a note to deliver the flowers after 3pm (because she wasn't going to be there until 3pm) for them to arrive before 3pm the majority of the effect of having flowers delivered and paying for this service was a complete waste of time! The joy of answering the door to a delivery of flowers and having your work colleagues gush over the gesture is the only reason why I arranged delivery but you took this away from her! Poor and I won't be doing it again anytime soon through you!”

“The flowers I recently ordered for my in laws 25th wedding anniversary were fabulous, unfortunately I was highly embarrassed at the party when the flowers were delivered with a happy birthday balloon attached despite the card reading happy anniversary.”

“I ordered flowers for a sat delivery to porterin and had ordered online Friday evening. The flowers did not arrive until the tues (bank holiday weekend). I did call and I was told that you only delivered in the local area on the sat. I complained as the system allowed me to book for the sat and I received confirmation. I always use robinsons, as try to support local business where I can. Very disappointed with this outcome and the website behaviour needs to be reviewed. I did receive a free box of chocolates with the flowers when delivered.”

“Absolutely SUPER!!! Super customer service, superb quality of flowers (still alive after 3 weeks!), nicely created arrangement. I am extremely impressed and happy, and glad Robinsons have internet service because I live abroad and in the past used a 'famous' international flower delivery service for my floral gifts sent to my family, and was disappointed almost every time...... Thank you for making my parent's 60th wedding anniversary a lasting pleasure :-)”

“I was due to visit Isle of Man and stay with friends. Decided to send flowers in advance. The basket presentation was actually more beautiful than depicted on the website. Gift card perfect and recipients surprised and delighted. Excellent service from Robinsons. Highly recommended.”
