“The estate agent for the house we were buying could not have been more helpful! Ours' was a very long and complicated conveyancing process, and I doubt that we would have been in our new home had they, and our own estate agent, kept the momentum going by liaising with both parties' solicitors. And all of this was done in such a helpful and friendly manner, and we were kept up to date at every point. No matter what the adverts might tell you about not using estate agents, just find one like ours' and you'll be hassle free (well in as much as is humanly possible). Many thanks to Joely!”

“I came to view one of your properties this year. The viewing was conducted by a Sandra Million, I can’t forget the name because she is one in a million. Warm personality and clear in he explanations. Professionally dressed and charismatic. It’s a pity our circumstances changed but when we are ready, we are definitely using Robert Ellis again to find a house”

“My move was very stressful. I didn't feel there was enough support. Part of it was my fault as I chose a solicitor that Megan could not contact fir updates ( but neither could I) I felt that at times Megan was very abrupt. There was much confusion on my moving date but finally sorted in the end.”
