“The overall experience from start to finish of selling our property to buying and the support in between has been nothing short of exceptional. The Arnold branch in particular Megan Riley who managed our process and not to forget Sandra, Hollie, etc. They do care and when they say they will do something, they do it. We've not been disappointed by the service and experience we received and would not hesitate to recommend them. Very good branch to deal with.”

“Hi. I've just bought and sold a house through Robert Ellis. Experiencing both sides of the process. The service provided throughtout both parts- Purchase and Sales, was extremely informative, from the initial valuer ( Mark ) He providied indepth valuable local knowledge of the property Market with realistic expectations. Backed up with evidence in the form of a presented sales pack. Throughout the processes we were kept up-to-date with ongoing communication emails and tetephone calls promptly provided by Joley. She was also happy to deliver them face-2-face with a smile when we popped into the office. On the whole a great experience, despite some tricky ups and downs with 2 complicated chains.”
