Backed up with evidence in the form of a presented sales pack. Throughout the processes we were kept up-to-date with ongoing communication emails and tetephone calls promptly provided by Joley. She was also happy to deliver them face-2-face with a smile when we popped into the office. On the whole a great experience, despite some tricky ups and downs with 2 complicated chains.
