“The kitchen sink leaking a day after we moved in to the property was not the best of experiences. However, we were fortunate to get in touch with Rightio who promptly sent us a plumber on a Sunday to diagnose the leak and arrange for the repair task. I highly recommend the services of Rightio and wish them all the best!”

“Marking this has a ten because of your engineer has he was brilliant and efficient and a lovely guy but I feel like the office lets you down as they say they got so.s one local yet takes the engineer an hour to get to me And also the advertising has local engineers when clearly your not got local engineers is very miss leading”

“Engineer called and said a new shower was required. I bought the shower myself and he fitted it on a Saturday morning. Very good job, completely satisfied. Would certainly recommend.”

“When I rang I was treated with courtesy and efficiency and was surprised at how quickly they were able to help. The engineer arrived when they said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He was very helpful and friendly.”

“"Really efficient service right from the start. My call was answered quickly, staff asked exact what I wanted and where I am (I live in a ‘new build’ and so my address is not yet on all sat - nav systems) and were clear about the cost. I knew the name of the electrician who was doing the work; he called me to let me know he was on his way. The electrician was polite, friendly and professional and did a really good job. I would certainly recommend. "”

“"Philip the engineer phoned (as promised) 20 minutes before arrival. He was polite, smart & friendly. I was happy to have a plumber that obviously knew his trade. He looked at the job that needed fixing. Told me that wasn’t anything too serious & I didn’t need any expensive replacement parts. He completed the work in a pleasant & efficient manner. How lovely it is, in this day & age not to feel as though I have been ‘Ripped Off’. Thank you Philip for your work this morning!"”

“Should have come the same day but the engineer was not in the area and his work hours would have been over so it was the people who allocate the jobs who were at fault .Was extremely happy with the engineer who came and his work”

“Absolute brilliant service, called in morning electrician Hayden was here at approx 11.15, very polite connected my mirror in bathroom, chased wires into wall, connected a bedroom light and left job clean & with no mess. Would definately use this service again.”

“The response is immediate, everyone (people on the phone and the plumbers) are very kind and attentive. We get updates via text, email and phone calls, impossible to miss!! Everything is tracked and traced and we are very happy with the service. Thank you very much!!”
