"Philip the engineer phoned (as promised) 20 minutes before arrival. He was polite, smart & friendly. I was happy to have a plumber that obviously knew his trade. He looked at the job that needed fixing. Told me that wasn’t anything too serious & I didn’t need any expensive replacement parts. He completed the work in a pleasant & efficient manner.
How lovely it is, in this day & age not to feel as though I have been ‘Ripped Off’.
